Katmer is flatter, though, and not fried but made on "sac"...Afghanistan as a region was ruled by Turkish empires in the past and so was influenced by them, probably? Well, all types of this dessert is wonderful I guess, wherever it's made! :)
Amazing!!! But how do you eat that, as a snack or like paratha? If we add some sugar while layering, would that make it difficult to deep fry? Well, it's just next level cooking 💖. I don't even have such a big worktop to roll such huge dough 😊
