⚠️⚠️From your fellow pond technician. Protect your water pump from burning out by turning it off before servicing skimmer. I really enjoy your videos and the hard work you do for them day in and day out. One more recommendation would be to change the skimmer box to one like the one in slinky’s enclosure so they don’t end up in the skimmer and you can sleep better at night. ❣️
The babies are so cute! I rescued two Russians about 3 years ago. I don’t know how old they are. I’ve tried feeding them those Fluker foods, but they wont touch it! Green beans are their favorite food. Also, they never go into the water, i have to soak them every couple days. That prolapse is terrifying. I was traumatized the first time i saw my tort’s wee-wee.

Spotted Turtles are so cool looking. Very artistic. They look like somebody drew circles on them. you are just so excited!! it's so fun listening to you going through your property and you just are so upbeat and excited! I love the way you talk to your turtles and your other kids. Your happiness lifts my spirits. Going through a tough time here in Washington state. Kind of homeless at the moment but watching you and Clint's reptiles and Chandler and all the other fabulous TH-cam channels I watch really helps me and lifts my spirits and help me just keep a smile on my face. Thank you for that.

I LOVE sugar water for prolapses! I've used Preparation H on a skunk for a rectal prolapse but I then learned about using sugar and it works fantastic as well! I like either is an option for them.
I know your pain. My tortoise had to have his "lil buddy" removed a few years ago after a reoccuring prolapse issue. He's still the same tort boi, but a shame that we can't breed him as he's the prettiest spur thighed tortoise (to the point were he was in a TV show!)

You may already know this but my dad said to me that wet DE does not have the drying, cutting effect that's needed to be work against pests. So you might want to re apply when it rained. Btw, really love how your property.

It is very cute when little turtles bury underground and you cannot find them, just like this musk turtle.
