hi all, in this vid we restore a rusty wtp Bmx, I'm not a pro its just a hobby I like to do :) I thought the transformation from a junk bike to a fresh bike was great,

Just overhauled coaster brake and hub on a bmx I found. In the creek and hope to buy a 410 chain.
It was a real confidence step for me. Was that a crank puller you were using to fit the bearings on the bottom bracket bearings?

that's so cool to hear man:) good to see your putting life back into a bike, yes kinda, the tool I used pushes the bearings into the bb but if your doing a Bmx you can hit it in with a hammer and wood to protect it:)

For a restoratuon like this, or repaint... where do you find the proper stickers?
I'd love to find some older or used BMX bikes, to restore so they can live on.... or to have options for local youths to be able to get a.good starter for cheaper than curent completes....

That spray job will peel off in no time amd rust will very quickly come through. Bare rsut spots you painted over

Just a heads up if u want to do a proper paint job use primer and clear coat otherwise the paint chips really easy
