She's such a fun personality. I love that she's got a bff to share it with and he loves her no matter how many DIY projects she's got going. Love this gorgeous house!
I think you gave her what she was trying to achieve but couldn't articulate. The color scheme is so relaxing.... with little pops of color here and there. I have loved everything I have seen you 2 do. But I love this the most... because of the happiness you brought her!
Where did you see some pops of colours ? It’s colourless, like with a filter. It is sad and absolutely doesn’t meet her rainbow expectations. She wanted colours and joy but less cluttered. It’s a total fail for me
2:48 When she first walked into the paint store, I love how Jeremiah stopped what he was doing and gave her an immediate warm hug. So heartfelt. Not just her house he's renovating, it's her heart. To let her know, she's being taken care of. ( Not sure, what was wrong with Nate here. He seemed bothered when he heard her say "Hi" upon walking in and didn't turn around at all at first.)
Love watching these adventures over & over. You two amazing guys don’t just rescue homes; you rescue people when they’ve lost their way. That never gets old. Restoration of brick & mortar is secondary. Restoration of people is your true gift!
At first I didn’t know….Peggy has some personal challenges she needs help working on. Nate and Jeremiah came through once again in a very beautiful way! Gorgeous! 🌸 🌼💐🙌
Wish you guys would do my place - what a dream!!! You are beyond talented. I’m binge-watching everything you’ve done - they’re all amazingly beautiful. What a gift you both have.
This one made me a little misty eyed. She is such a sweet creative spirit but with trust and control issues. She finally let go and was wonderfully rewarded.
Such kind sweet designers, they feel like friends of whoever they work to so thoughtfully help. It has to be a real life changing experience for the clients. Is that an exterior door in the ensuite?! Sorry, rocks in the sink - say what? Beautiful job :)
@Pruz Zilla They could've gone with warmer browns and greens. Maybe a pop of yellow or red like a Transitional interior style, or maybe a Maximalist Grand Millennial. Not this grey cookie-cutter impersonal rustic farmhouse from a magazine catalog.
Her friend loves her so much and is thinking 🤔 mental illness but he unconditionally cares and loves her. Her home is reflection of having bad contractors and possibly just not good guidance. N&J did such a wonderful job
I don't see any colors that she said she liked. It's always a bummer when designers do what they want to put in their portfolio vs what the client likes
I agree. She said she likes pink, orange, yellow. They could’ve used a different shade of those, not neon bright busy ones. You know what could’ve worked? If they designed her house like one of the most powerful trend right now: The Grand Millennial. A sort of fun maximalist style that would’ve fit her so much! Her fun personality. The style they used is outdated, “rustic & grey” Farmhouse? The house they designed is beautiful but it didn’t feel like her.
They should've went with a Grand Millennial house design. Something personalized with her as the focal point of her own home. Not a cookie-cutter grey rustic farmhouse that looked like it was from a magazine catalog.
Oooooh noooooo This Reno is so sad ! They did something that they imagined for her instead of creating something specific for her. This woman shines with her colourful mind. She’s cheerful, creative, no matter if the results are not fantastic, she finds her pleasure in it. She wears colours. Why take off all the colours of her house ? This is so sad and colourless, dull (I don’t know what is the good English word). Nate and Jeremiah wear casual clothes. No fun on it neither. This woman deserves a rainbow house ! 🌈 Some people (me include) hate this monotone palette. I don’t know why people says it’s calming and relaxing. It’s not. Colour brings joy. When they show the colour palette at the shop, I felt her heart cracking. Impossible to say something in front of the camera and so much spectators. It was possible to keep a little wall of that lemon yellow on the bedroom, or use it as tonic colour. She needed an office for her creations, something very practical with a lot of storages and a real desk with drawers. I hope since the show she painted those ugly furnitures they put here. Even the table and sofa and carpets are white or cream. No one funky pillow or light ! No this is definitely a fail for me. They didn’t understand their client. They just did what they imagined be normal for a woman at her age. Very sad
I know, sadly I do feel she has some deep psychological issues that need healing, I empathise with her and hope she finds some pure love from an attainable guy.
And it's just not her. It was their vision for something to add to their "portfolio". It was like the opposite of what she wanted. She said she liked colors and they laughed at her.
i did not see anything exciting in this transformation also it should be done with bright colours as she wanted and asked for, i guess it will be more excited for her with desireable colours .........
I saw this episode and I did not like her so called “BFF”. He totally hurt her feelings and completely embarrassed her. If you’re not going to help, be a shoulder to lean or cry on, or to be there for them period, then just go away. I felt so bad for her.
Los Angeles is lonely. It’s hard to make real friends there. Choice is between false friends or complete loneliness and isolation. Sad but true. Agree he should learn to be kinder and she should try to find caring people.
It is a significant improvement over what she had but didn't really honor the intention of the client. At the very least, the porch could have been an opportunity to inject some orange or purple into the color scheme. A light purple would have played so nicely with all the grey.
These guys need to add psychotherapists to their resumes. Thoughtful and sensitive renovation giving her everything she needed to restart her home life.
I was fully prepared to hate the painted floor in the bedroom, but I actually really liked it. That master bath, on the other hand, is horrible. The steam when she takes a shower or bath is going to escape into the closet area. Bad for leather. And why is the sink full of rocks??
Yes, you DID mess everything up, thank goodness you realized that. The thing with contractors - people, you need to do serious homework before hiring ANY contractor to find out if he (or if a corporation, it) is licensed to do business in the state, has good liability insurance coverage, check Better Business Bureau for complaints, check with your state's Department of Consumer Affairs or similar agency that receives and investigates complaints by citizens of fraud, etc. committed by contractors, and always ask for references and photographs of jobs done previously. And then follow-up with the owners of the homes where the work was done. How well has it held up? How well was the work done? Were the owners really satisfied with the results? Did the contractor live up to obligations under the contract? Etc. etc. etc. And finally, NEVER PAY MONEY UP FRONT TO A CONTRACTOR. NEVER NEVER NEVER. Insist, instead, even when it costs you money, to have an independent attorney or a title company hold your money in a trust account and only disburse it when work has been inspected and approved, and lien waivers have been received from any sub-contractors. Do NOT ever give a contractor access to your credit card information, that's just asking for trouble. CAVEAT EMPTOR, consumers. Be aware. That's unfortunately the world we live in today, and no - you are not being unreasonably suspicious if you think that somebody might be out to try and screw you!
Sorry, I am sick and tired of grey, beige, neutrals, and rooms that greatly resemble nearly every room the designers have ever done. It is possible to incorporate soft greens, blues, and more and maintain fengshui and a connection with nature. This is boring and repetitive. Sorry, Nate.
Fortunately, grey and glam/rustic farmhouse trend is out and corny now. Designers cringe at people who still cling to that outdated design trend. Maximalism and Grand Millennial is in. Warmer, more colorful palettes is SO in right now. And for good reason.
Everybody needs a friend like this who tells you the truth.
I was thinking the same thing. She is very lucky to have a friend like him 😊😊😊🙏👏👏👏
Mentally ill ppl don't believe the truth. Delusional
She's such a fun personality. I love that she's got a bff to share it with and he loves her no matter how many DIY projects she's got going. Love this gorgeous house!
I hope she found her peace with the reno. Looked very peaceful, especially that back porch! Gorgeous!
This time they hit the nail on the head and sent it home. Brought tears to my eyes thinking how they got it so right for Peggy!!!
I think you gave her what she was trying to achieve but couldn't articulate. The color scheme is so relaxing.... with little pops of color here and there. I have loved everything I have seen you 2 do. But I love this the most... because of the happiness you brought her!

Fabulous. I feel such good vibes from way over here. Calming energy. Beautiful job.
That painted floor is amazing!
It makes me sooooooooooo happy when others are happy. I love you guys.
I love how they didnt tbrow iut her DIY swing... a job well done... love the painted floor... beautiful cozy home
I completely understand her! 🕊🌸🕊
Fun lady! As usual they did a fab job.
Thats beautiful! I am so happy for her!!
Obsessed w. Nate & Jeremiah… please do more shows with them. They’re the absolute best of the best ❤️
Awwww so sweet. She really did need their help. Lovely transformation with lots of honouring who she is.
The transformation of her house is way behind to her house before, amazing transformation❤️😍 wow🥰
The sweater she wore when choosing paint colors would have made an excellent choice for her color palette.
Love Peggy and I love her new place, great job Nate and Jeremiah you did awesome 😀❤❤❤❤❤
At first I didn’t know….Peggy has some personal challenges she needs help working on. Nate and Jeremiah came through once again in a very beautiful way! Gorgeous! 🌸 🌼💐🙌
You spoke to her you did an amazing job

The floor paint is to die for 😘
Very amusing personality, I was hooked from the start
Fantastic as always! 😍 Love Nate and Jeremiah.
"Are you open to a brand new color palette?"
"...pink"
Lol
There are shades...
Omg mrs. Chen from venom I’m glad to see her again
You can do colour. We have a metallic orange wallpaper in the kitchen but just on one wall. It made all the white pop.
Love it. Amazing job.
This one made me a little misty eyed. She is such a sweet creative spirit but with trust and control issues. She finally let go and was wonderfully rewarded.
I can FEEL IT! 💗💗💗
.... "Thank you for coming into my life!" ....
This is one of my favorite!! 😍😍😍
You guys are such sweethearts.
That was really touching happy for her

I’m not crying. You are!
Peggy, I love your bubbly personality, I love your house, I wish you lived next door!
Beautiful redo, love you guy's.
I’m happy she loved it but from someone who loves color, I would have loved to see a light pink or purple somewhere….You guys are wonderful!!
Wow, fantastic!!!
They both do so kind job, i love nate ❤
I LOVED this!!
r u guys for real about pink? pink was painted in Sweden in jails to calm the inmates down. the floor in bdrm is gorgous!
Was it a neon pink or soft pink?
I miss my claw foot tub. Beautiful 😍
Can't believe they didn't add pops of bright colors as accents, knowing she loved bright colors.
@Pruz Zilla ever notice nature is filled with color?
This is the same couple who painted a small space crap brown in high gloss
@Pruz Zilla They could've gone with warmer browns and greens. Maybe a pop of yellow or red like a Transitional interior style, or maybe a Maximalist Grand Millennial.

I bet she did!
She is adorable.

Absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful
7:26 All looks great. Just wish they opened up the kitchen and made it open concept. Kitchen in the background is a cubby hole.
Great team work awesome job on the house

The painted floor 💙
I thought she loved bright colors.

Very good job, congratulations
It looks nice but she likes bright colors, so they could have added some more.
She can add some colorful plants and artwork to the neutral palette. Maybe redirect her diy to painting or collages, etc.
THIS WOMAN LOOKS LIKE MS CHAN IN THE MOVIE (VENOM).
Oooooh noooooo

No one is going to mention how this is mrs.chang from the venom movie 😭😭 omg lol
That was special.
I have a feeling she won't keep it this way.

Hope she keeps it that way. No more diy Peggy, well maybe small stuff😁
That was my first thought......will she be able to leave what things the guys have done alone. 🤞 Fingers crossed.
It is her home, she is entitled to add whatever she wants.
Very nice.
i did not see anything exciting in this transformation also it should be done with bright colours as she wanted and asked for, i guess it will be more excited for her with desireable colours .........
Amazing 🙏💖
It needs more color.
When they asked her what room she wanted, she said pink and they laughed AT her? I cringed.
Ooh in love 🥺♥️
That's just most awesome....
Also i like poppy reference thats how i found they amazing designers
This lady is an actress and she played in Venom... Mrs. Chen
Yeah she mentioned it in the video. She said she was a pharmacist and actress i think 🤔
Honestly I think she’s a hoarder, especially when she mentioned she collects cardboard boxes.
Awesome
It's really beautiful but they could have used her favorite colors at least for some pillows and other Accessoiries.
Ok I want the swing 😄
Hi Mrs. Chen... we are Venom!
does she get to keep all the furnitures and stuff?
Me encanta!!!!!!!!!

This lady is from movie Venom..that store lady in the movie !!
Pharmacist! Sampling the product in the pharmacy?
