Ganz hübsche Sammlung! Da müsste allerdings, die ein oder andere Uhr, mal ein bisschen gereinigt und geölt werden. Damit insbesondere die Amplituden wieder stimmen. Vorallem auch die kleinere Kuckucksuhr, da schaukelte schon eines der Fallgewichte, wegen der Verharzung hin und her! Den kräftigsten Westminsterschlag, vernahm ich bei dem Pfeilkreuz Regulator (so ähnlich wie meine Vedette aus dem Baujahr 1941), sowie bei dieser Regaluhr direkt daneben.

Absolutely marvelous collection. I'm slowly falling in love with the melody of the clock at the beginning and at 21:50, paired with the bim-bam strike. I finally managed to find the name of the melody: "Gai Carillon." One day I hope to own a clock like it. Was this one made by Odo?
Hello Lee Le, I want to ask a question, you see this clock 13:40, when you chime it why does it make a loud screeching noise when chiming? by the way the chime of this clock is really good
I believe it is a case of careful assembly of the gears in relationship to the hands. The final gear that attaches to the hour hand needs lifting off and putting back in the next tooth (or 2 depending how far out it is)

Why some clocks sound one or two minutes after the correct time? I've noticed it several times, apparently it's a very common thing to see.
