No joke, this video actually helped me considering taking recovery from my ED ;; Don’t come at me pls, i was genuinely complaining if it’s worthy and seeing her being so gorgeous and no restricting just make me have a “Oh~” moment :(
You definitely should! I’m also in recovery and life feels so new. It’s scary and hard at first because I didn’t feel like I was ill enough, felt like I was giving up a part of myself I had been with so long, and felt I deserved it but I don’t and neither do you. You deserve to live a life you’re proud and free in. When I started to come to peace with my body and heal my wounds on the inside, the outside followed. I feel reborn and I still have a ways to go but I’m so much stronger and able to live life without the clutter of all the ED thoughts and emotions. I have insecurities but I’m not letting them stop me from living those beautiful moments anymore.I believe so hard in you! You can do it! If you want to talk please feel free to send me a dm on IG or something❤️
