The Body holding in that Gas, you try to keep it bottled, but all the things you want to forget silently building up, until 1 day it will become shaken & volatile, then only mater of time before it explodes. But, get a few cups, & pour out the contents into their cup, at your own pace, until you feel that you can close the bottle, & as much as you shake it, it will never explode anymore. Not just putting out the burning thoughts that plague you, but quenching your thirst for peace, to your fill, at your own pace, among people that care about you & willing to help lift your burden. With their help, & the Lord of Redemption Jesus Christ who loves us all deeply, he will be fine if you trust in God & in each other.!❤ I'll pray for your family! 🙏
