Trusting Quinn is actually quite smart at this juncture for two simple reasons: Quinn was too far from any data that could've led to Iokath, and he is one of the only people who have regretted it enough to trust him again after having betrayed Xithari, meaning there is no one better to catch a traitor than one who already knows all the blindspots they could be using.

@@philip8498 I don't know. I don't think someone like SCORPIO, so obsessed with self improvements, having her own identity and free will, would give up all of that to become part of a higher network. Not to mention that if you let her take control of Iokath, she still interacts with you after certain events and sends you mails
My feelings on Quinn are as follows. His betrayal was grievous, and I would be reluctant to trust him for a good few years. But the time spent apart during the gap would allow old grudges to cool, and here is where I would be willing to forgive him.
