Boil rice and methi(1-1spoon) wash and boil in one glass water - cook and take water+ grind patati juice - mix-put in ice tray - apply melt ice

Hey its ok i can relate to u ..nothing suits my skin either except water.. having said tht focus on ur diet and try to excersice atleast for 30 min(walking ) ..like the saying goes you are wht u eat..there are people who rely on home remedies and it works best fo them beleive me i hv tried numerous home remedies for skin but eventually i realised tht unless i dont eat rite nothing wil chnge...n most of all try to be happy with yourself and see the magic urself...hope this helps ...
