An unlikely worship song. It's actually a secular song and it's strange coz for the longest time I thought of it as a love song to a girl. But I hear it clearly now, now I hear Jesus' plan for me and love for me and his grace and my salvation in the words. And it's a love song for him now. Maybe it can help inspire someone in their faith today, like it has me for the last few days? A song for the wilderness maybe?
I have been a recipient of this ministry's generosity for 7 years and it has been an instrument of God's amazing work in my life. I’m the same way. I know the services online, are in good spirit, but getting my skin in, my foot through the door, the circle prayer, and heals my cracks, strengthens my bones, and expels my adversity in flesh and spirit. I am disappointed in myself I’m not getting to church when I know I should. I need some refurbishing, there hasn’t been a single chapter where it was easy for me, and I know this next one won’t be easier either, I have to remain discipline, obedient and steadfast in my mind, body and spirit, to save my soul and quicken my heart. This is a hit for life, to be apart of the kingdom of God. Please pray for me brethren’s and sisters and fellowship, I’m struggling with my priorities and backsliding, I feel alone and dismayed, I don’t want to harden my heart and be stubborn, I want to obey and serve and follow the statutes and commandments, for oh how true and faithful God is when we come to him in repentance. Celebrated 30 days. I use poetry and scripture as part of my recovery " and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil." Matthew 6:13 Walking away, coming back. Being covered, or being attacked. It goes both ways, looking up will avoid the react. Reaction to what may have been put in front of you or maybe it's all in your head. He gives us a way out, that's what I've read. In the book of all books, the one that matters most. We are to tell others but do not boast. Don't shove it down other throats. Be soft and gentle be soft as a lamb, for they have gone astray guide them home. For the evil will prowl, back and forth to and fro. Looking for someone to devour. Not me, no not this time for God, my King said to me, "You are mine all mine! "
Well I wish stepping out on faith wasn't so scary but I'm doing it, I cried but sent a text that was long overdue. I've always had the keys to my freedom, ashamed to say I've never wanted to use them. Some things that are not good for us can be extremely hard to let go. God with your strength not my own, please break me from this cycle and save me from myself.

I would love to be a part of a church that not only preaches the gospel, but also does the second half of the great commission,, heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons. I grew up in a spirit filled church, but never have I seen these things. I've been to a lot of different spirit filled churches, seen people in wheelchairs wheeled in and wheeled out. Blind, deaf, dumb, and crippled come in, and leave the same way.. And I hear a lot about sowing and reaping, but no demonstrations of the gospel that Jesus talked about... He said these and greater than these we will do if we believe. I think we've missed it!! Missed it in so many ways!!

I would love to be a part of a church that not only preaches the gospel, but also does the second half of the great commission,, heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons. I grew up in a spirit filled church, but never have I seen these things. I've been to a lot of different spirit filled churches, seen people in wheelchairs wheeled in and wheeled out. Blind, deaf, dumb, and crippled come in, and leave the same way.. And I hear a lot about sowing and reaping, but no demonstrations of the gospel that Jesus talked about... He said these and greater than these we will do if we believe. I think we've missed it!! Missed it in so many ways!!
