There is no problem, Hal changing teammates, he did it properly with TSM with Gen, it was Uncomfortable for them telling Gen beforehand, like they couldn't see Gen eye to eye if they did. Gen was mentally prepared to be replaced. Avoidant behavior is so much worst, he can still apologize to Gen meanwhile he avoids accountability. Hal excuses 1. we wanted Falcon not to know he is getting drop so they can process his visa. 2. went looking for a potential candidate first because we didn't know Falcons would approve 3. It was his birthday.

I wouldn't say I'm a "glazer" but I did really like Hal as a pro. He is a great player, very entertaining and his passion for the game is like no other to me. But I can't defend this, it truly is horrible. The only thing I can think of that only slightly justifies if it were true is that Hal didn't say anything because he thought it was someone else's job like Zer0 or the org itself but idk, he is still apart of the problem regardless and I have no words other then what I've already said for him. Let's be fair. Why not Zero? Zero is the one who formed Falcons and made the team. Zero has also been Gen's teammate for far longer. Hal is new to the team. The only reason Hal is catching heat is because Gen messaged Hal. I do agree that Hal and Zero should have told him earlier. I do see how that can be interpreted as malicious intent, but I don't see any evidence to support that. I think it was a genuine mistake and I hope they admit they were wrong and apologize.
