Z Grills 550B2 Initial Fire Up and Slow Cooked Ribs

I gave the 550B2 its maiden voyage with 10 lbs of ribs, 2 chicken breasts, and roasted potatoes (max capacity for sure). I smoked at 225 for 2 hours and then cranked it up to 250 for the remaining 5. I go through the process of initial fire up trouble shooting to make sure everything is in working order.
