I gave the 550B2 its maiden voyage with 10 lbs of ribs, 2 chicken breasts, and roasted potatoes (max capacity for sure). I smoked at 225 for 2 hours and then cranked it up to 250 for the remaining 5. Today I put Kobalt's 90 degree Impact Wrench to the test, both with probably the most useful function (changing a tire) and put it up against a true body builder for raw torque. Let's see how it goes.
