I can't understand why I can never visit disneyland and enjoy an empty park like this. Every single time, I can barely see the floor it's so packed! Early Oct, early Nov, mid may, early September..packed packed packed. So jealous, looks absolutely lovely 😍
A couple of years ago I did a daddy-daughter(4) trip to Disneyland. When we checked in, they offered an upgrade to club level for $69 a night. I hesitated for a second due to the unplanned expense, but it was well worth it! I loved access to milk and snacks for my daughter, and watching the fireworks show from the lounge with the music piped in was magical.
There is nothing like the first moments when you arrive at Disney, then add a great friend and champagne & I am IN LOVE with the pumpkin characters on the top of the ticket center.

What a magical day! You are so right about the Disneyland Hotel…it’s really so expensive for what it is. Also, yes…duvet covers!!! We always get so cold at Disney World because of the stupid thin sheets.
This is a master class in how to do a relaxed-pace Disney visit. Agreed that the DL hotel is overpriced for what it is and what you get, but splitting the cost helps! They've done a lot of progress on the new DVC tower - was there just around now last year and they were still clearing the area. Can't wait to see more from this trip!
Love the chillax video! And Um yeah, Napa Rose #expensive!!!! We were a part of 7 and had no idea BRUNCH was going to be $1200, the chef came out and we got fairy dust sprinkled, I was like wow this is so nice!!!! Until we saw the bill 😂😂👀🤑💰💵

Hi Jen, always love your video’s. We just left Disneyland Sept 8th & on my goodness was it terribly crowded. Everywhere.. both parks, Downtown Disney, hotel elevators. We used Genie + almost everyday & still had long waits & rides spaced out I believe just because so many people were using it. We stayed at Paradise Pier (which is a mess due to “re-imagination”) I’m sure it will be great once it done but… that’s all I’m going to say. All Cast Members were WONDERFUL and made our trip but we decided Disney World is our Happy Happy Place even though it too can be busy. Recommend using Early enter & staying very late at the parks. Hope you & your friend had a magical trip. 🎉
Karen i'm sorry your trip wasn't all you'd hoped it would be! I've been hundreds of times at this point and we love it, even though yes it can be crowded. This trip was lovely and I can't wait to go back!
Hi Jen, this video is perfect timing since my family and I are going to Disneyland in early December. We weren’t sure if we should take an Uber or some kind of shuttle but now knowing of this company I’m gonna look them up. I’m hoping they have a big enough car to fit six people, two car seats and luggage but I guess I’ll find out thank you so much for the video

Our It’s a Small World at DLP is under renovation so we missed going on it this year and our grandchildren were so disappointed about it until our granddaughter suddenly said….” But nanny do you know what this means?….We’re going have to come back!”… $294 for dinner for 2….WOW that’s expensive in my book…..perhaps it’s a good thing I’m not going with you Jen….only via cyberspace!! I have also stayed concierge at the DLH during D23 Expo in September and I never walked through the Grand Cal, because I thought I had to be a guest there. So, I walked through Downtown Disney every morning! 😖 The walk sucks! I return in November for the start of the Christmas Holiday and will stay at Grand Cal concierge 🎅🏼 🤶🏼 🎄 Yes, I had dinner at Goofy’s Kitchen! You get free photo pass with Goofy! They took 3-4 pictures with Goofy. The experience was great but the buffet food was MEH!😜 Yes, the WOC dessert party was ok too! A little disorganized at the check in, but once you are seated it’s great. Ask for the high top tables for a better view! 🎉🥳
Yes, if you're staying at any of the 3 properties you can use that entrance and honestly I don't think they advertise that enough! Thanks for watching!

I just stayed club level at the Disneyland Hotel (which was my first time staying on property at Disneyland). Robert is just the best. I only went with one friend, and neither of us drink alcohol, so it was an indulgent price for us. But we decided if you're staying with a whole family, especially if other adults drink alcohol, we would probably choose to do it again. (We had also just come from Catalina where our hotel room was tiny, so I couldn't stop saying how huge the room was.)
Question-I have been watching you watching you since the pandemic. I would love to visit Disney again but I just heard about their price raises! It really sounds like a Disney Cruise would be more cost efficient than spending time in the parks! Love your video content!
I literally had this conversation with myself the other day about Steakhouse 55. How are they opening an east coast version and closing the OG? I have so many fond memories of talking to strangers at that bar.
The travel delay thing is normal. Flying through the air is really not normal when you think about it. Your spirit needs time to catch up with your body.
It is character dining, which is always expensive. I do miss the a la carte dining, but there is no way for this dining option with characters. I actually miss the wonderful breakfast that used to be Steakhouse 55. 😭

My family has used Anaheim Town Car twice and both times have been excellent!

I used Anaheim car service when I needed to get from DLR to Universal Studios in Hollywood and my driver was amazing! Enjoy your trip!

Toasting with eye contact is a drinking practice in several European countries, why have you adopted this practice at Disneyland in California?
