I appreciate the reminder to slow down and take time to do things with care and attention to detail. That can be hard to do in this busy season, but it feeds our souls. I was up long before the light this morning to make yeast roll dough that will be made into rolls for Christmas dinner. Baking with yeast is a process that can't be hurried, so instead of feeling grumpy about my missed sleep, I made a cup of tea in a mug that belonged to my mom, turned on lots of twinkle lights, and just enjoyed the process. It was a little gift to myself before the busyness of Christmas comes rushing in again.

C'est une excellente idée! Habituellement tout le monde ouvre ses cadeaux avec délicatesse, je récupère les chutâtes de papier pour les bricolages futurs ;) Joyeuses fêtes!
