Why are you comparing us with a bigger land country with many resources?

I like that despite that Thailand is still not that much ahead in term of GDP.

Singapore is highly developed country that has higher GDP per capita than USA. So comparing Thailand with Singapore is like comparing apple and beef. Thailand should be compared with country like Malysia or Vietnam for foreign investment evaluation. So this video is not so informative at all.

I do not think Thailand will have a greater economic expansion as compared to Vietnam. Vietnam has received much of the bulk of foreign investments since decoupling foreign investments from China. True, Thailand is the reciepient of foreign investments but these are mostly in the Real Estate sectors. Chinese mainlander citizens who wants to secure an escape route country like Thailand has been aggressibly buying up condos & townhome properties in Bangkok, ChangMai, Phuket & Huahin.
As for SG, they have been the reciepient of Mainland Chinese monied Millionaires & Billionaires in USD transfer of assets to this tiny country. Singapores Wealth Management companies made a brisk business managing transferred assets of these wealthy mainlanders.
