I did feel a little guilty when I changed my cage around and moved the ladder over a couple inches and my whiskers fell down to the next level. I just put it back so she would know where it was.

I was wondering, with all the different levels, if it makes cleaning their cages harder? Thank you.
It makes it harder in that it takes longer, but it also makes it easier in that I can clean it way less often. So it may taken me 6 hours to clean, but I only have to clean every ~6 weeks so its less than lets say 2 hours each week (which applied to some of my smaller cages).
Amazing. How often are you cleaning each section? Daily/Weekly? Would love to see a thorough cleaning vid!
P.S. If I were a rat, this would be my dream house.
Typically every 6 weeks I do a full clean over the course of 2-3 days (2 days if its just a usual clean, 3 days if I decide to do a theme). Otherwise I might do a spot clean every 2 weeks, but its very minimal stuff (and I replace food/clean water/food bowls/bottles every other day).
