It does however get added to the unite fan recreation i'm currently making

Starting Moveset:
Swift
Helping Hand
Swift Evolution:
Aqua Ring - Heal in an area around Vaporeon
Or
Rain Dance - Create an area at range which heals
Helping Hand Evolution:
Acid Armour - Jump to an ally and grant a shield to both Vaporeon and the ally
Or
Haze - Dash forward creating an area that obscures allies and suppresses positive effects on enemies.
Passive:
Hydration - Increases healing effects received on Vaporeon including its own.
