Why do you have XP Share on some of the pokemon??
It provides movement speed. So does Float Stone in case you have it on some of the pokemon.
Also for speedsters using their abilities, are you using Pursuit on Absol?? The upgrade provides movement speed lol

I mean, it makes sense, Sableye is smol, so less friction, plus he would suck af he wasnt as fast as he is since he cant combat
