I'm not sure what kind you do, but one tip is to hold ice in your hands, because that hurts a lot but doesn't have too many lasting effects. I send my love 💕
@@laineweis6024 thank you.You can only make patterns on laptop, you go to the bracelet book website and at the top corner you profile should be there if you click on that there should be an option that says create pattern and then from there click on alpha pattern and then you can either draw your own pattern or take one from a photo. hope that helps.

You pointing out the different colors on different monitors thing helped me understand why a pattern I made was declined. On my screen it looked perfectly fine and not that similar, but they must've been too similar on the mod's monitor. Thank you for the insight!
Masha I know you said not to report patterns that are too similar to you, but the pattern the you accepted at 9:31 (pattern #50844) is VERY similar to pattern #27425. Just something I realized.

My issue with the similar color thing is that I’ve made doubled and mirrored versions of already existing patterns and use the same colors from the original pattern and get hit with the “these colors are too similar” and they get declined for that reason /: even from doubles versions of newer patterns.
When you create a pattern you create the grid but do you need to create the knot grid also or is it automatically generated? Cause I’d like to create one but I’m not sure

When the flower zodiac signs came up and you declined them because they were too similar to other patterns, you linked the same blue and yellow flower pattern as a reference for being to similar. However, the person who made the zodiac signs and the person who made the flower alpha were the same user. So how would that work, since it is technically still their own pattern?
It would be fine if the pattern was added upon but it only added the zodiac signs which were copied off a different pattern so it's not different enough

In this video, there was a sunflower and zodiac sign bracelet. Some of the similar patterns to this bracelet you found were made by the same person that made the pattern you were declining. So I was wondering, when you already made a design that you could use in some other bracelets, should you make that new pattern including the older one only for yourself or can you submit it to the site? Same goes for "series" of patterns, like these zodiac patterns, if they are meant to look a lot like each other (like it wouldn't be hard to change it yourself even if you haven't made the original pattern), can you create them apart or should you make a big one with all of the different things (like all the Zodiac signs)? If the design was added upon significantly then it would’ve been accepted but since the only thing that was added (the zodiac signs) was also a duplicate of something else then it doesn’t really create anything new. As long as your pattern adds something new then even if it has some elements that are similar I think it’s fine
You explained about having a background colour for white images, to make it easier to create variations. But then you approved the white ghost on a white background. Why didn't that one require a coloured background too?
I don't think you've answered this before, what's the point of rewards on braceletbook? Do they do something or can you use them? Do they just sit there for display?

Yeah, they've since been deleted. Obviously I didn't know this at the time. You're required to tick the "this is my original creation or I have permission" box before submission but sometimes people just lie :c
