- นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

Bahmee and Tae’s relationship is very relatable. Being someone that mostly does the “effort” is very tiring even how much love you have to the other. Eventually, you’ll question if it’s still worth it. Especially since the role of judy show’s Bahmee what Tae’s role should been in the first place. On Tae’s part, He isn’t a showy person but as what this episode shows, simple acknowledgement to the other is much more important than the “big effort” on that anniversary.
Both still valid. And it hurts that taking sides of most audience is on the guy when both of them are at fault

Tae still has been putting in the effort, but because it's not as much or in the same manner as before. Instead of answering a million texts he responds during his breaks. He may not always be available, but he works overtime on his tasks, so he can make sure he has time off saved specifically for her. Bamhee is basically using it as an excuse to look elsewhere. It's not to give Tae an excuse for slacking on his usual level of giving in to Bamhee's demands, but her actions have almost cost both of them their internships on more than occasion. Even Judy pointed out she is too clingy. All consuming love is cute if you have the means to sustain it, but people still have to work and can't constantly stay obsessed in order to do their job. That's something Bamhee can't comprehend. She seems to be the type that loses interest if she doesn't constantly get what she wants, when and how she wants it, regardless of what it takes to get it. Tae did put in plenty of effort when he had more free time, but right now he's focused on securing a good future for them, (which they discussed) and during a time she should be more patient and understanding, she is focused, not even properly on her own job, but on the lack of attention she is getting from him. She has enough free time to have feelings for somebody else, when he can barely catch sleep.
Honestly, they need to break up because clearly they have different values and priorities.
Yes I agree if tae and ba-mhee had better communication earlier in their relationship they could adapt and better understand each other's ways of showing affection and care but now it's dragged on to 3trars and their communication is lacking and they don't understand each other's styles of showing affection so it's not surprising how ba-mhees feelings are changing it's normal feelings change and it sucks but it's very normal
I hope tae gets a happy ending too even if he doesn't end up with anyone I hope both characters learn from this and grow i love all three characters sm

This is totally Ba Mhee's fault and her communication issues. I get she cares a lot and shower her feelings but she can't expect someone to like her back with the same intensity. Most people think she is overwhelming and why is Tae putting up with her. But Tae likes her a lot and is patient enough and he cares for her in his own way.
