The youth players were left out. I know that it takes longer to train them and develop them to a high level than to buy a player who is already at a good level. But if there are some good ones among them, the money allocated for them can be set aside for another transfer. So you can trust them, and it's worth counting on them for a rebuild like this.
Yes I left youth academy players out because as I said in the intro, I wanted to win them as many trophies as possible, academy players like you said take longer to train and develop, hence why I left them alone

I’m only using the Live Editor to not get sacked, to alter players overalls I use the Cheat Table, no mods
