We have been following Kara and Nate on their adventures for a while now and early this year when they said they were going host a river cruise in Myanmar we didn't hesitate to book our tickets. We were so excited to be traveling with such inspirational people and when we finally meet them they were more awesome than we could of ever imagined. The bonus perk of the whole trip was meeting everyone else that was on the cruise with us. Everyone was from all different walks of life and we all got along so well because we share the same love for travel that Kara and Nate provided us through their videos. This was one of the best experiences we ever had and now we also have a boatload of new friends (literally). Thanks Kara and Nate. Love Y'all.
*Take back your burmese Rohingyas from our country😡Don't your country feel ashamed to do this kind of problem with their neighbour country Bangladesh?😡*
Seeing how much y’all interact with locals and how much you respect them, really says a lot about your character! I love every second of it. The world is a better place with the two of you in it! 🥰
Why does this make me want to CRY?! I just think it’s so wonderful that you all were able to share your passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for Asia and travel with a big group of strangers. It’s just so fun to watch yalls journey and to see how much of an impact you have on the WORLD! Love y’all. Stay safe out there and Merry Christmas!
Have travelled all of the South Asia but not Myanmar. After having read The Art of Hearing Heartbeats and now this beautiful video, I think I want to go visit it and stay there for a month.
Um the military literally just took over the country and are shooting protestors on the streets. I lived in this country and I would say it’s underrated only because not many people visit compared to Thailand. But Thailand Vietnam etc have more to offer for tourists.
Y'all this has to be my FAVORITE video ever! I really loved the end with those beautiful snaps of each of your guests! Plus, Kara and the kids is also my fave!
Y’all are going to hit 1M at your 100th country. I’ve been following y’all for a while and love watching your channel keep it up!!! Also from Memphis and love going to Nashville!!!
@Carlos Danger it's about the possibility of making a rural tourism route in a very secluded part of my country, as a way of helping the locals broaden their means of income :)
I wish I could like this more than once!! So amazing to relive these memories all over again, beautifully edited together. Kara and Nate, thanks for making the trip unbelievably special and truly memorable. You guys are the most naturally gifted tour-guides. Chesu baaaaa!!!
I just went to Myanmar in October and LOVED it! You were the ones who inspired me to go with your original Myanmar videos! It is such a special place! Definitely one of my favorite places I have been!
Thank you for spreading love for Myanmar. There are a lot of secret gems yet to be explored by all of us. I recommend visiting this loving country. I have been a fan for a while now and I love that you guys respect the culture. Love from Myanmar! I also live in Yangon, Myanmar. Yangon is not the capital, but it is the largest commercial city of Myanmar. Nay Pyi Daw is the capital.
Wow...one of the best vlogs EVER...Kara and Nate your passion for everything and love of people is simply infectious...thank you again for enriching everyone with your own slice of life...
This warmed my heart. Such a beautiful country with beautiful people. Looks like an unforgettable week. Thankyou for showing so much of this little known country.
This video is probably gonna be one of my favorite ones that y'all made! Unfortunately, I don't have the time or money to travel. I'm a caregiver for my mom and grandma and spend most of my time at home. I've been watching your videos since the "sky lodge" video, and have enjoyed them so much. Thank you, Kara and Nate for sharing your travels, and God Bless both of you!!
Hi Kara and Nate This summer my and my family went to Myanmar It was amazing ! The people where so kind and nice. This video was fun to watch because it brings me memories! And it shows how amazing Myanmar is! From Tessa the Netherlands, Amsterdam
Love it. Our church goes on a medical mission trip every year for the past 10 years to this beautiful county and it's warm, gracious people. They spend 2 weeks in 3 to 4 different villages helping the people with their medical ailments. Every single person who has been on the team comes back home so touched by the love the felt by almost everyone they meet and served. Blessings to you both, Kathleen and Dave
I have all the feels watching this video! It was such an amazing experience. I miss everyone from the boat. Thank you for inspiring such a wonderful group of people to sign up for the trip. I’m so grateful I could be part of it!

Hi Kara and Nate - what an awesome trip and vlog - looks like you all had so much fun. We can't wait to go to Myanmar - an unspoilt wonder. So nice to see everyone having such a great time - I'm sure they all made friends for life. Fantastic guys, I've been with you every step of the way. You are very brave to take on the responsibility for all of these people's holidays. I did have a chuckle though at the toast "Chag .... " because in Thailand that word means materbate.
You’re so right about the kids... was remembering watching the kids experience Halloween while in Hanoi this fall. Was so cute seeing how they took to the idea (quite new there) and made it their own. Kids are so great everywhere. Schools are another great spot to get a sense of how the community is developing the children. What a excellent experience for all those who joined. If I’d not had my 3 months booked in SEA I’d have been on the trip. Next time!
kara and nate do a lot of great, quality vids, but this one takes the cake. very special, well done all around and of course, the story-telling is grade a. Nice.
This was one of my favorite weeks of the year too Kara! Thank you both for organizing such a fun trip. I'll trust you to plan my next adventure anytime. See you both in Nashville next month.

Kara and Nate. I've watched every VLOG/video you've ever made, and this one was the most inspiring of all. Myanmar the country, its people and its scenery blew my mind. Your organisation of everything you and your fellow travekkers did thoroughout matched the best travel companies in the world. Youe should be very proud of what you have achieved since you began your travels. The quality of sound, vision and editing gets better and better. Please don't stop at 100 countries.
