Hello I took the base apart and small short rubber tube came out and I don’t know where it goes. Can you show me how to assemble back the base to the steamer? Thank you
same thing happen to me .
I have cold water coming out when i pump the handle but the steam is not there it does not even feel warm to touch the mop end or tank area.
there is small heater inside maybe that is not working.
