Accelerated BSN | Bridgeport Campus | WVU School of Nursing

The WVU School of Nursing Bridgeport Campus offers the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program.
The program provides accelerated entry into the nursing profession for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree in another field. The program runs five full-time semesters, or 18 months in length, and consists of 66 credits of nursing curriculum.
At Bridgeport, students can enjoy convenience of state-of-the art classrooms and skills labs just steps away from the clinical facility, as the Bridgeport Campus is located in a wing of WVU Medicine United Hospital Center.
Bridgeport also offers smaller class sizes, the ability to connect with a close cohort of 24 fellow classmates, and to engage with dedicated faculty members.
