I have a completed all steps but when I go to save as you mentioned I get an error pop up that says "the design page contains elements that are not licensed for saving. They may be demo designs". I am using font and blank fob from your store. Ant ideas on how I can get this fixed?
Help, I don't see the box/information you have to click to let the final outline stitch over the first two. I've watched and watched. I only have Essentials and did the card trick key fob with no problems but can't get the new downloaded ones to work even after moving the inserted design to the correct place before the final outline. I will admit to being computer challenged.

That means you are in the demo version of the software. You need to be using the paid version.
