She plays the role really well. But, I've never dealt with an Apple "genius" or representative who were very knowledgeable with computers or tech, or even facilitating purchases very cleanly.
Justine is an absolute boss when it comes to branding and video production and product evaluation. You should check out the video where she goes toe-to-toe with the lead video editor from Linus Tech Tips. I won't spoil it, but she certainly showed off some mad skills that demonstrate she could land a major job in entertainment *and* entertainment production and probably be making more money, but having less fun, than what she gets from TH-cam.

Justine, this is one of the best videos you've ever done!! I have the entry-level MacBook Air and it's awesome. For the past few days, I've used it for work and spent around 4-5 hours per day in video conference/telephone calls and another 4 to 5-hours with various documents open for editing (via SharePoint). The computer lasts around 10 hrs of intense work! The best part is that I can do a whole day of work at the coffee shop, or wherever I want to be (I'm in Australia, where COVID is currently benign). When developers release native apps, battery life will be even better. This is truly an amazing laptop! And compared to the competition, the entry-level MacBook air blows the competition away!

Love this video Justine! Such a unique way of showcasing the Macs :) it would be nice if in a future video you could go over the specs of the M1 Macs that you have to test out (memory, RAM, etc) so that we know which specs are giving you these results, just for reference sake.

Loved this! I got the M1 Pro and M1 Air and I’m trying them both out and I really can’t tell a difference! FYI, I only edit 1080 with an occasional 4K vid. So for me it’s butter!!!

🙋 What are the specs of the MacBook Air? Is this the base version with the 7 core GPU or the 8 core GPU version? Does it have 8GB or 16GB of Ram and what is the SSD size? Curious if the base model does handle 8k video editing and if not what needs to be upgraded.
I rather buy a laptop without a fan to get rid of all possible noise.
How frequent is the fan on while doing 4k or 8k video editing in the MacBook Pro? Is the fan almost never on or is it on for most of the time? 🙂
