Dale, hats off to u you baylay those roti out perfect circles 🤭💯. I too knead mines with carnation milk as I find it gives the roti a flakey soft texture but many ppl don't though. I guess everyone got their own twist. The little story about sharing up the 2 pepper roti reminded me of myself where I'll make and share it out and give it whole heartedly and we are still contented they enjoyed it don't mind we didn't get....it still is a rewarding feeling so true. @@Daletech how are you and family, I’m diabetic so i try to stay away from roti dhal puri is my favorite, i left trini when i was ten, ten years ago was my last visit a lot of family hAS pass so I don’t visit often i will copy your recipe and try to make it. Thanks
