- We are at the rise of brewery in Cologne. Since March 2009 a double-end Lavatec KD bottle washer has been up and running here. The paramount advantage of the double-end strategy is its clear seperation between the dirty bottles and the clean one.
The washeris total length comes to 17 meters, and it weighs more than 100 tons. The clean design provided, with an exceptionally high proportion of stainless steel, meets the most stringent of hygiene requirements. The bottles pass through several caustic baths in vertical loops.

Nobody is buying new bottles.old bottles cleaning and using refilling and sealing and saling.i did bussiness broken glass pieces collecting from bottles cleaning point,and u will send for recycling to fo new bottle 'L&T' in nasik.nobody is buying new bottles beverages.L&T saled the factory.

I bottle washer technical operator but have faced huge problems during operation, it has been found that the low temperature sharply to the point the machine stops and this greatly influences the production volume of the company. already exchanged the coil as well as follow the conduct of steam but the problem prevails. And this occurs only in a tank (the first). Peopl who tell me some hypotheses to solve the problem.

during low temperature the condensate will not be evacuated properly by either a normal float trap or a bucket trap from the coil(since they need a positive pressure to evacuate condensate)..if the control valve used is a modulating control valve there will be no positive pressure in the trap and and you have to use a steam operated pumping trap to evacuate condensate and this ensure a correct supply of steam and evacuation of condensate and reduce the downtime of machine...

unfortunately, we can not say that in general. The prices of our lines vary according to their equipment and the requirements of our customers. Regarding the space you need for the bottle washer: This one is about 17 meters.

@@krones It would be Germany. I'd have gotten it in one. Germans understand recycling, even if no one else does. Of course they won't refill every single bottle. there is gonna be some chipping and wholesale breakage out there in the world at large.
I search about a job I am a chemist I can make microbiological tests for quality control of bottled water and food materials, quality control on water RO units for purifying water, and quality control of all entire filling water machine.
