I have also seen LUMS promote some other absurd and controversial stuff e.g. I have heard from a student there that over there the stance of the LGBTQ+ community is supported. The person also told me about a professor there who is himself a gay. Plus, I also have seen the professors of LUMS use a very secular language when they publish their articles in the DAWN. Also, I myself have seen an advertisement of an event at LUMS (I think it was posted by the official Instagram account of a student society at LUMS) in which they said that the entrance fee would be halved(or whatever) if you arrive at the event with an individual of the opposite gender(Promotion of the intermingling of males and females). This is the kind of institution LUMS sadly is...

Please consider taking this video down or at least apologizing to the person who worked SO hard to execute that performance. Hey man, interesting video but ironically enough you aren't exactly grappling with the problem either. First, you haven't presented any kind of empirical data to back your claims about how 'serious' the problem of drug abuse is at LUMS - which, by the way, might be totally true, but can't possibly be taken seriously without any numericals. Second, you shamelessly use a clip from one of Waqas bhai's street performances in the intro to not only imply that he was intoxicated, but that his art is somehow senseless - both of which can't be further from the truth. I'm good friends with the guy, and he takes his craft incredibly seriously - not least so that people like yourself can promote an ignorant, surface level analysis of it for some views on TH-cam. Lastly, 'drugs' is an umbrella term - there are so many different kinds of drugs that each have completely different effects on the mind and body. To act like they are all 'bad' because of some moral reservations that you personally hold is incredibly childish and narrow-minded. Conduct some research. Pick up some books. You can't simultaneously be an entertainer and an educator - pick a side.
