Fun fact: Genndy Tartakovsky was originally gonna make not only Gamera cartoon but also a Dark Crystal cartoon as well but were sadly cancelled until Netflix made Age of Resistance and Gamera Rebirth.
At this point, Netflix should've hired Genndy Tartakovsky for a Dark Crystal prequel continuation explained why the UrRus and Skeksis they never interacted with each others besides the ones who did. How Jen and Kira families during the time at the beginning and ending of the Darkening.
Plus, it be so manageable to bring back the original cast of the Age of Resistance and other well known voice actors.
A Dark Crystal prequel cartoon can work if they can Jim Henson's company involved.

It's definitely everything I hoped for. I can already tell it's going to be one of the best animated series ever created. Tartakovsky is a true genius.

I knew it! I always said it looked like Popeye and and Osamu Tezuka's style, I constantly feel like Astroboy is gonna appear any moment.
Makes for a better animated Astro Boy movie than the actual Astro Boy and yet this isn't even a movie.
Unicorn Warriors Eternal has a interesting plot.
Warriors souls rewaken in new hosts and regained their somewhat original appearances. But, Emma having to odd one of team is thought provoking. Emma remaining her own person while having her original incarnation soul memory and powers.
Emma is a lost hero and unable to comprehend the responsibility place upon her. Even her fellow warriors seek to help her understand their mission while searching for the ancient evil being to defeat again.
Samurai Jack, Primal and Dexter's Laboratory are good series. Hope this series will be a awesome show.

So far, this series is a masterpiece, and with the whole time travel thing Merlin did with Copernicus, I can truly see parallels between this and Samurai Jack. Depending on how this series goes with the time element, I could even see potential for a possible crossover, but that's a story for another time. Gendy continues to make incredible stories, and I also have hopes that he'll be able to finish Sym Bionic Titan one day. May Tartakovsky's work live on for years to come.
Amen to that. I also have been praying for the day when Mr. Tartakovsky can one day finish Symb-Bionic Titan, and not in a rushed Final Season format either.
Sym-Bionic Titan initially only had 1 season before it was cancelled, and it left off on such a high note too with Octus coming back to life, and him finally manifesting a personality of his own, I can’t tell you how heartbroken I was when I find out that the last episode I watched before my bedtime 12 years ago was the last episode of one my most beloved Cartoon series’s to date.
I want Genndy to be able to finish Symb-Bionic Titan as HE envisioned. Not just to wrap up the story and leave it behind, but to give it new life by adding the proper story development and Character growth that I always anticipated growing up watching the show as a kid.
Sym-Bionic Titan deserves at least 2 more seasons to wrap up the story it originally set out to tell.
I believe Genndy deserves at least that much.
From what the first two episodes had to offer, I'm certain that Gendy Tartacovsky is gonna knock this out of the park with this new show. Copernicus, alone, is worth the price of admission.
It looks like it has the same animation/art style as Primal. And I like that.

As someone who likes the hotel transylvania films, I honestly wish it was a series first than a whole movie franchise. There are moments in those films that soured my taste for weeks especially with the 4th film!!!

I get a feeling that Tartakovsky's strongest suit in genre is action. I say this because he seems to make more action oriented stories than comedic oriented stories. And yes, I will check out this beautiful looking show 😉

I'm definitely looking forward to more episodes, especially for the fantastic animation, learning more about that possession method, and seeing Emma/Melinda progress in her character arc.
Getting possessed and 'eating' the original soul was done well in RWBY what with with souls being blended together and the souls being similar to begin with.
It was done poorly in Wonder Woman.
The art style reminds me of the newer Tex Avery show.
This show is amazing, and it’s clear Genndy has been prepping us for years on this. Not just in animation, but in comics. Go check out his Luke Cage series from 2016 and you’ll see that his style in the book is pretty close to what we’d see in the show, it still has the angular elements from is past works, but also a more rounded and classic look as well. Especially with main antagonist in the stories.
also some of the art style gives me some early walt disney vibes like pinokio and snowwhite
Definitely can't wait for the rest to come out. Plus the show is different compared to nowadays' hall of crap

like, I love Vox Machina and Castlevania, but I really wish there was more serious animated series that also had more "cartoony" art styles (as well as mixed media because we need more of that ^^)

I will only agree that style speaks to vibe of the show. Like if this show would suddenly turn 18+ with blod or sex then it might feel WAY of. But so far just having action, drama, emotions and thrills it fits, the show looks good enough as old Cartoon Network was able to show so I am looking forward to more and some other type of styles. Good to know about the animation studio. I was curious, France seems to be a big provider today.

I've seen the 1st two episodes, and I really like this. It looks like a cross between Asterix, Xombie (an old Flash animated series) and the Mr Four Square icon from New Zealand. Also, I really like the steampunk environment too.
You absolutely have to review it after the season is over... 9 episodes in as of this writing find it really delivered on much of what you were saying and it promised in the opening. perfect? not quite but absolutely excellent

I really hope Warner Bros Discovery doesn't cancell this show or write it as a Tax write-off.
They already cancelled a lot of good quality shows including my personal favorite animated, if not, Sci Fi show, Final Space as it ended on a big cliffhanger just when shit was about to hit the fan for the characters. If not for the upcoming graphic novel, they would've ended it on one of the bleakest cliffhangers I have seen.
They ain't gonna take Unicorn Warriors Eternal away from us as well.
Also, you should watch Final Space it's really good.

Also, no mention of the 2D Clone Wars miniseries from 2003? Oh well, still enjoyed the video and I can't wait to see what else Genndy has in store for this show.

You know i thought it was a plot hole that Alfie is just a kid,because he showed up on thet flashback of emma's fiance soccet match againts Alfie's, because if now Emma and winston are old enough to get marry then Alfie also should be older, but then i google and it said that the legal age in England for marriage was 21 years for men and women BUT after 1823 a male could marry as young as 14 without parental consent and a girl at 12 although most girls didn't marry until around the ages of 18 to 23.
