i wish the sewing community was bigger or more involved on youtube because the quality of your videos is so so underrated. definitely deserves more recogniition
That’s asking hundreds if not thousands of people to pick up a camera edit videos put VoiceOver’s over them to my guy that’s asking a lot. Along with show the process, which some don’t want to do.
Perfect! I'm planning out the pattern for a custom laptop bag and this is exactly the kind of pocket I need on the front. Thanks for going into the details of construction and pressing that will give it a nice, crisp look!
Great pocket! 😃 Instead of using pins to hold down your pocket on the fabric, you could also try water soluble double-sided tape (Wash-away Wonder Tape from Dritz). I use it all the time to hold zippers and other pieces in place when I make bags (it's a main stay among bag makers and quilters). It really reduces that anxiety of things shifting when a pin is removed. 😃
do you think you could have the background music play across the whole video and quiet down a little bit while youre giving instructions so that we dont hear the beginning of that song with every clip? great video thanks

What I need to know is how to sew box cargo pockets
Boxed or gusset cargo pockets are fun, they're like making mini bags
