The only way he knows to attempt cheesy videos is with actual cheese, and even that turned out really good. He couldn't make a bad video if he tried, which I suspect he was here.
Red wine with such cheeses is a bit unappropriate due to the tannins, exception maybe with the Spanish cheese, if low in lactose. With bleu: port or very sweet white like Montbazillac. With others, dry mineral white wine matured in oak barrels like Pessac Leognan. Regards from Bordeaux! Come over here, I’ll give you a try!

With you doing a food themed video, I finally realized where that unique presentation style came from. I can't believe I never realized it before.
The best cheesy April fool’s joke ever. As a foodie, super impressed and drooling to try the cheeses and sauce. Kudos, Ryan!
A cheese video on April fools, 😂 Nicely done!
You make cooking a meal look as easy as adjusting the valves on a dr650.
Thank you Ryan!!
My wife, who is from Buenos Aires, would have your head for calling the wine an "Argentinean" Malbec, exasperatedly yelling "Argentine!" at the screen. Maybe a couple of other words as well. That said, and notwithstanding it's April Fools Day, you've actually given us a great FortNine-worthy cheese review. Thanks! 🧀👍
Damn Ryan can make anything sound interesting and educational. Proof that he has a lot of talent and charisma.
the review we never wanted but sorely needed. absolute master piece 🤣
Seriously Ryan you need you to make a food history channel after this. This video was amazing and now I want to make this for my husbands and I. Great video!
Husbands?! With a S?😂
Once more Ryan you come up with something educational and totally away from motorcycles, your skills are varied and many, that was totally enjoyable. Thanks Ryan!
I love April fool's day
Cheese ,this guy could make anything into a physics lecture, but today it turned into the usual history and biology lesson today .
What does that have anything to do with this video
Ça a peut-être débuté comme un poisson d’avril mais le résultat est un super vidéo et l’on en redemandait encore! 💎
Why I watched the whole video, then sent it to friends, is beyond my comprehension. But massive kudos to Ryan for holding my attention to a topic I care nothing about using production quality alone.
I cannot believe I would watch a 8 minute video on cheese. When it is over I would still want more. Great job F9!!
So do what I did: watch it a second time with the subtitles turned on. They can'T keep up with the Français, but it gave me a reason to watch again.
0:58 "I'll show you how to make a Morning After cheese sauce that would make a nun come for seconds." What a great line, with wonderfully aplomb delivery. 😁
honestly if he made a separate cooking channel I'd watch it regularly
And call it ForkNine 👌
This has got to be the best April Fool's Joke this year. Not trying to be edgy, or even funny (well, more funny that regular F9 videos), but rather absolutely nice, entertaining, pleasant, tasteful (no pun intended) and still informative. Canadians, eh? 😉
PS: Hat tip for, uhm ... blending in the hint that you're still the Ryan we all love!
Another quality video from Ryan… definitely not cheesy like the other guys.
