milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
TO COLD 30 MIN
for the jam:
raspberry jam- 400 g (14 oz)
starch - 50 g (1.76 oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 5 MIN
TO COLD 30 MIN
dark chocolate - 70 g (2.47 oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN 2 minutes

il faut plus de 15 minutes pour faire ce gâteau... déjà la préparation de la crème paticiere et le temps de repos c'est environ 40 minutes....

I think if you heated up the jam it would thin it out and go through the strainer easier.

🙄🙄😜😜Okay.... so they took the thick jam out of the fancy jar and put it in the strainer and took the time to stand there forever and strain the seeds out...then, put it in a pot to warm it back up with stuff to make it thicker than it was when it was in the jar. Then...
they put it back in the fancy jar and turned around and dumped it out of the fancy jar onto the cake. Seems to me like that whole process would have taken at least half a day. 15 minutes my ass😂😂😂😂😂
