Eren is definitely trying to distance himself from Armin and Mikasa. He knows he loves them. I think that something really bad is about to happen where he is going to have to leave them and he's just trying to make it easier on himself by pushing them away..
Mikasa's reaction is just her trying to stop a fight, not some kind of "instinct" that Eren is making it out to be. She had always tried to stop fights, even in trainee days with Jean and Eren, and there was also a time where she let it be cause the fight isn't that serious. Ackermans _are_ dedicated to their special someone, but they're not really "slaves". They have their own choices, like Mikasa punching Eren when he badmouthed Armin when they were kids. I definitely believe that Eren’s just doing that to protect them because his plan might require him to do something big and he doesn’t want them involved in it to keep them safe and because Mikasa is tied to him because she is a slave, then by making her hate him he could essentially break the bond and allow her to be free. In the flashback he literally told all of them he cared about them more than anything else and he was blushing when saying it. Ackermans _are_ dedicated to their special someone, but they're not really "slaves". They have their own choices, like Mikasa punching Eren when he badmouthed Armin when they were kids. I definitely believe that Eren’s just doing that to protect them because his plan might require him to do something big and he doesn’t want them involved in it to keep them safe and because Mikasa is tied to him because she is a slave, then by making her hate him he could essentially break the bond and allow her to be free. Eren said he always hated her but we was watchers see that that isn’t true. In the flashback he literally told all of them he cared about them more than anything else and he was blushing when saying it. Not only that but when he commanded the titans to kill the Titan that killed his mother he told Mikasa he cared greatly about her and that he wrap the scarf around as many times as she wants. He definitely has an ulterior motive. Everything he said about Ackermans and Bertholts memories are true.
