Sadly, my sister and I were at the age where we felt like we outgrew boy bands during the time One Direction's entire career was blooming. When my best friend's little sister (1D fan + left on the screen) asked me about BTS recently, we decided to do a couple fun videos showcasing why we loved our favourite boy bands.
To mix it up from the last reaction video on BTS, where we showed performances, we wanted to get to know One Direction as people first. Don't worry, we will get into their amazing talent soon. Here we react to some classic footage of the young men on x factor, documentary deleted scenes, pranks, and get hooked on Brianna and Danica's (right + my bffl) favourite bops.

Louis is really popular now, he held a festival to celebrate the end of the pandemic and to conect again with his fans. We are the most loyal fans (in my opinion) out there and support him through it all. I love being a louies💙

as a former directioner and now an army, i love to see both of my worlds in one video! if you plan on continuing this series, i recommend you show them a lyrics explanation on ugh or ddaeng, namjoon’s unicef speech, carpool karaoke, bts winning their first daesang and their debut day to show how hard they’ve worked since the beginning. i think also a run episode would be good to show, maybe one that includes the asmr or the school drama one (ep. 11)

Louis is really famous and his fans are really loyal and supportive, they kind of have a great bond and even if he's famous he's still criminally underrated

I'm a directioner but i do really respect bts. i stumbled upon the first video- the one where you show BTS performances- and i've been waiting for this ever since. i really loved this video, i mean it started with the iconic Viva La Vida performance with Niall's iconic "aahs" so i knew it was gonna be good. you should definitely continue this series as the two fandoms really need to stop fighting as both boybands are iconic and two of the best to ever exist.
Didn't know the fandoms were still fighting. I remember when there were fights on twitter. I was a 1 D fan. Still is. I am Army now too. 1D isn't active and have solo careers. So there's no reason to fight we can all just appreciate the great music. Btw, fools gold is one of my favorite songs from 1D.

@@Heyguhh there other beautiful songs I love .. most of the songs on four are classics. Then there are songs like 'Right now' is one of my faves. 'Strong' was my anthem in those days. Through the dark just wraps you up like a warm blanket.
Yeah, it hurts my heart to see the two fandoms fight, I've been a member of the Directioners and Army for years and in facebook groups or anyting like that on social media if you mention any other group they crusify you... For the longest time especially when i was still in highschool i didn't respond to those posts but now I don't care as much about the backlash.... I discovered One Direction and BTS around the same time in highschool at least one year apart if i think about it so I've been a fan of both groups I just don't get the fighting... it makes no sense to me.
@@minitwink16 for the most part I see the fighting amongst the solo careers vs bts of one direction members fan groups which are alos apart from the Directioner fanbase just split..
Louis is my favourite and he is so sweet to his fans. He has such a special bond with them and can talk to them like they are his friends.

The same things goes to me. I’m not a BTS fan or kpop in general but I do respect y’all and I’m so proud of them since they’re representing Asia, my continent(I’m Filipina)
i was a hard core one direction fan and a relatively big bts fan, as big as i can be now with less free time and more responsibilities. what i dont understand is the fight between the two, they have very similar stereotypes to fight against, so youd think there would be more support for each other.
A lot of their earlier albums are more pop and later they shifted to pop rock and their last album was just different. It was just good music. You can't put a genre to it tbh.
And their performances were like performing with lyric changes and water fights and stupid dancing and messing with each other but perfect vocals at the same time. Niall played the guitar every concert for a few songs. Rest never played on the stage. They interacted with the crowd a lot. They were just pure fun concerts.
I'm not a directioner but I really don't get why some parts of the fandoms hate each other so much, this feels like such a healing "cultural" exchange haha :D I hope many fans from both fandoms will watch these videos :)
It’s mainly people who believe Louis and Harry are together and people who don’t that they’re together that dislike each other.

Please show them the fun and loving side of bts, their music is amazing but their bond as a group is what really drew me in and the love they have for their fandom. A run episode would be great or bts funny moments

I just wanna say one thing.... Im a directioner by heart❤❤❤.. Nothing can be replace them... But watching BTS make me relive the moments we had with one direction... Bts being together reminds me of days when 1d boys used to be together and messed around...maybe thats one of the reasons i enjoy watching BTS so much.... YESS I saw both parts of this video. Love them both 😭 Honestly, hate fan wars. They're both amazing and just really different. BTS is going so far and they're just starting !!! I'm a directioner and even tho some argue the band is "dead", I don't really care. Holding on to their songs brings me so much joy and has helped me go through the lowest parts in life. I'm glad how respectful both sides are !!! Tons of love from a directioner to ARMYs ❤️

You know I saw many directioners were crying, They were saying that please reunite One direction I can feel the pain of directioners Like when we love someone so much it's really hard to forget and leave them. Personally I like Harry's behaviour because he is so comfortable with his directioners. ( do You remember when Harry threw water on the directioners is the cutest thing ever🤣)

Louis has an album out called Walls which is really really good. He is more into indie/rock music so it depends what you like, but that album is really cool. He is a great songwriter. Soft spot for Louis :)

They did write a lot of their songs!!! Since their 3rd album they wrote or cowrote most of it, especially Louis and Liam.

I was directioner too. During their era from xfactor til they go solo. At the same time I am ARMY too. I just become soo hardcore ARMY when 1D hiatus and BTS becomes my focus. Those played songs were my personal favorites. Fool's gold, Stockholm Syndrome and over again. I was waiting for Little things to play but nooope... It's okay though. I enjoy ur videos. Just keep on this series. Hehe
I think its better if you showed them the compilation of 1D changing their lyrics. They might really enjoy and find it funny as well.
