Looks like your van is going to work out very well... except for making the bed; honestly though, I don't know if I've seen any van build where making the bed isn't a pain.
As cliché as it sounds, I’ve grown to love the ride more than the destination. In all of the trips over the years my most memorable memories are from stuff that happened while riding there and back and very few from where I was actually going.
My wife and I are the exact opposite, I do 100% of the cooking. I learned to cook and bake from a very early age whereas my wife was never taught how to by her mother. She complained she never had to deal with a weight problem until we got together and she had all her meals prepared for her. I also put things away and do dishes as I prepare meals. Edit: Heather and I would probably get along fine cooking in the kitchen if there was room. I hate anyone in the kitchen when I am cooking at home as they just get in the way, it is too small for anyone to help. I also prefer "real" peanut butter to the Hydrogenated crap that is full of sugar and god knows what else. Bananas are best when the skin still has some green on it.

Drive to Sturgis and not be tired of the ride of The Border of Mexico to Sturgis and enjoy riding in Sturgis. If I wasn't 55 and a disabled veteran, I would ride all the way. I can't wait to see you guys again. I will buy you guys some dark beers 🍻 😏 😎. Keep making videos. I will keep watching. Bryan, enjoy your riding your Harley, I'm very jealous.

Have you considered a trailer for the bike? Ride when you get to your destination. Ride when it's nice, sit in comfort in the van when it's raining?
