      Hello i am great fan of you guys excellent movie btw. I would also like to tell that Alan Silvestri is a genius his score for infinity war, the abyss, Forrest gump, predator, beowulf, the Mexican etc are so great. Do you think he should compose music for star wars once John Williams retire. Their style is so similar that people even today think that back to the future was composed by John Williams whereas in reality it was Silvestri who did it. I cannot think of a better composer than Silvestri to replace Williams.

    • @bensmith5064
      @bensmith5064 6 ปีที่แล้ว +42

      He barely represents a villain or bad guy to me. He never displayed hate, he never showed bias, he did nothing for personal gain and sacrificed more than any other. Only to step away and let the universe thrive after his actions. A true god, in a sense. It was all for the betterment of everyone and everything, all that he did.

    • @danielhindson1840
      @danielhindson1840 6 ปีที่แล้ว +28

      He slaughtered billions if that's not representing a bad guy then what is but I do like how he was done in this film because this film is breathtaking. I sat thru the last jedi and was bored senseless this film had me hooked the whole way through

    • @bensmith5064
      @bensmith5064 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Daniel hindson - it's about perspective, he is not wrong in anything he did. he is correct that the universe has limited resources, the way humanity exists today is out of balance to our planets resources. The way we live today gurantee's slow and horrible deaths for future generations to come. Remove stupid politically correct thinking and blinding human emotion, and one can easily see Thanos was doing a universally correct service. And unlike humans he would not pick and choose out of bias who lives, entirely random. He made more sacrifices than a petty human would either. Human thinking, simply blinds from obvious truths.

    • @ornoyes4843
      @ornoyes4843 6 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      he is a great character.unlike most characters,he sticks to his perspective more strongly than any other in the film.hell,he even sacrificed the only person in the whole universe he actually cares about for his ambition.whether his actions are right or wrong,he’s probably the best character in the whole movie history

      It was so good it's a shame to see the RT ratings are only at 84%, which is lower than Homecoming and lots of other inferior MCU movies. Don't get me wrong I love those movies, but Infinity War should be better and rated higher than those movies, esp Black Panther. Wtf is wrong with these critics? Are they simply trying to hate because it's Marvel's biggest movie?? And the ratings are decreasing which is painful.

    The utter despair of losing the characters earlier in the film + the ending is the most fitting for this music of sorrow and tribute. I was in utter disbelief with my jaw dropped open. I couldn't believe what I just watched. Most of my theater was like wtf / sniffles / shock. What a masterpiece of a soundtrack. You get all the feels of tragedy, remorse, and grief shoved all into one piece. Felt like I was reading a rolling funeral credits more than a 'credits' scene. Till next year.

    The darkest and the saddest movie ending of Marvel Cinematic Universe... even compared to Logan, this movie still breaks my heart. The ending... oh, no, i can't hold it :(
    The last 30 minutes of this movie (before credit title) are amazingly strong and full of darkness. This isn't regular movie that superhero always win in the end even they were falling apart before.

    SPOILERS.
    My jaw was on the floor for the last 20 minutes of the movie, especially the snap moment. Starting from Bucky just questioningly muttering “...Steve?” to Rhodey’s “Sam? Where you at?” to T’Challa instead of Okoye, and then especially Peter Parker in Tony’s arms...silently bawling in the theatre. Then this music broke me and the credits rolled, and I just muttered “Oh my god.” I sat there after the post-credits scene for about ten solid minutes just weeping and trying to process everything.

    • @ApexCalibre
      @ApexCalibre 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I guess cause at that time people were so used to the hero always winning they were okay with it. They didn't conceive the possibility of the villain winning and how it could enrich the story so when it actually happened ala Empire, it caught them off guard in a bad sense. But with Return of the Jedi it brought Empire into a new perspective so the lesson was "Yes it's okay if the villain wins on occasion for the sake of the story". That's just my two cents

    I don’t know why I continue to literally torture myself listening to this music. I know exactly when everyone died and what happens as the music plays. And all I can hear is Spider-Man begging for his life, knowing he’s dying due to his Spider Sense. It puts "I don't wanna go" into a whole new perspective. Peter knew he was dying. He knew everyone was dying, and there wasn't anything that he or anyone else could do about it. And if you think it can't get any worse, keep in mind that Tony may have realized what was happening with Peter and was forced to watch helplessly. this music. this movie. fucked. me. up. but through it’s painful rendition of the avengers theme, It has come to be my favorite movie. of all time.

      Theories say that the Avengers that did not get turned to dust are actually the one's that died. We know that some of the heroes that were "disintegrated" are not actually dead, seeing as they have sequels they need to be in. Solid evidence right there.

    • @christophertrevino9270
      @christophertrevino9270 6 ปีที่แล้ว +70

      Emma DiCesare that is not true at all and has zero supporting evidence.
      Those who turned to dust are the ones who were randomly chosen to not exist anymore, in other words, they have died. Yes, they have died. Yes some do have sequels in Phase 4, but in Infinity War they are dead. Of course, Avengers 4 will resurrect them (a little less likely since they have no tech to do such things), or they will simply go back in time and plan ahead better with Captain Marvels help. That’s the scenario that Strange said was the only one where they won. So technically, Stark already won. He just has no clue yet. But that is the key to the scenario.
      That theory is awfully incorrect simply because it makes no sense at all. So if those who did not turn into dust are really the ones dead... then Captain Marvel is dead too? Thanos is dead too?

    • @emmadcessare7355
      @emmadcessare7355 6 ปีที่แล้ว +22

      I meant in time...Perhaps in Avengers 4 they will be the one's to sacrifice their lives in order to save the disintegrated heroes, maybe by swapping places with them.
      Also, that theory is not mine. I was merely restating what many other people have thought of it.
      I agree that they may go back in time. But how do you know the disintegrated Avengers are really dead? They could've been transported to another dimension, such as the Soul Stone Dimension (another theory made my multiple other fans). There are so many possible outcomes, you cannot just rule out this one.

      The right way for doing dark is to establish the character, make people love them, and killed them. Thats why even movie such as gotg 2 can be seen as dark. This movie included. Just because a movie has a bunch of jokes, doesnt meant it cannot be dark. Just because a movie is gritty and gloomy, doesnt mean its dark in a good way

Then we hear it crecendo, which is when thanos gets his hands on all of the stones. then it turns silent. We hear the porch theme, which is where Thanos looks at the sunrise after completing his misson. Then the soft piano keys of the original Avengers theme. A beautiful theme.

    That piano sequence at the end when the Avengers title card fade to dust.... SUCH a powerful contrast to the earlier title card scene with the dramatic, heroic orchestra. At the start, we were so sure the Avengers would win this, no matter the cost. It was a mentality set by Marvel to us. At the end, we’re just left with the aftermath of the Avengers’ failure, and was reminded of how much they had lost. Tony, most of all. His nightmare, his vision came true. In Age of Ultron, Wanda showed him a future in which everyone died and only he was left to live the pain and guilt.
    That vision came true in Infinity War. And it must’ve broke him so much. There’s nothing stopping him from absolutely beating the shit out of Thanos now, especially after witnessing such heartbreaking deaths. If you know Tony Stark, you will see how much he’ll enjoy tearing and destroying everything Thanos have, before killing the Mad Titan with a satisfied smile on his face. A vengeful man is the most terrible thing (see: Civil War).
    I do hope Carol Danvers, Ant-Man and Hawkeye are gonna save the day now. So hyped for the next movie, even if it’s more than a year away.

    Hey, guys, I know that tracks such as 'porch', 'infinity war' and 'even for you' are quite popular, but I would highly recommend 'undying fidelity' because its one of the most well-synchronized piece of music in the film, one could only really appreciate the track when they watch the opening scene(Heimdal's death onwards)and really concentrate on the music. The clever use of percussion, amazingly well-conveyed emotions through the music and the part when Thanos smothers Loki( from 2:50 to 3:20 ) are probably the best things about 'undying fidelity

    Such a dark masterpiece, main character of the film is a villain. Another milestone in cinema history, best blockbuster since The Dark Knight? Probably.

      I'd say better than the Dark Knight. People might argue about it, but it is for me. So much build up, dedication, anticipation, emotion, pay off, and shock. I love Dark Knight, but this movie is on another level entirely.

      Im, that is certainly part of what makes it good, although being a team film puts it on a slightly different level. It makes it hard to be a true comparison.
      It's better for a number of reasons.
      Dark Knight is still a really good film, one of the greatest.

      DavidXlte 01234 for Marvel: its Winter Soldier & Gotg, but I honestly do think that Infinity War is better than TDK.

    I just came back from the cinema and I'm still in shock. This movie has exceded all of my expectations.
    The ending was so emotional, suddenly there's no music and people just vanish in the wind... It was really powerful. The most emotional death (imho) was Peter Parker's, because he's just a kid and he was so scared and Tony was so heartbroken...
    Anyway, loved the movie, can't wait to see what's next ❤

    MAN, the Russo Brothers have a thing with game changing endings...
    In Winter Soldier, SHIELD was fallen apart.
    In Civil War, the AVENGERS were spilten up.
    But here in Infinity War, HALF THE UNIVERSE CEASE TO EXSIT!!!
    I wouldn’t dare speculate on what could happen in Avengers 4!

      Aaron Freeman I honestly predicted the ending because I've read the comics so I thought I'd be ready for it.. Boy was I wrong.

      To be honest, we wanted the snap, and the Russos gave us the snap in the most horrifying way possible...
