The Ordinary squalane cleanser is super nice on days when you have a shit ton of makeup on and want a double cleanse! Make sure you warm it up on your fingers first until it feels slippery like an oil. So good!!

In terms of preworkout there are so many more natural things to give you energy before a workout! Watched a programme about a professional cyclist and he’d eat a jam sandwich before a long cycle because you’ve got the jam for a short quick burst of energy then the carbs from the bread for a slow releasing hit of energy! Works perfectly, I sometimes have honey or banana sandwiches and these work just as well x

I used to watch your vlog religiously back in highschool (2011~-2014) and I continue watching your main channel weekly. I have recently rediscovered your vlog channel as I am home a lot and sick during my 1st trimester of pregnancy, watching all the food you cook makes me hungry and have cravings! :p I think I will get into smoothies as it seems like i can't keep any food down these days haha!

I've been use the ordinary for 3 months and my skin has been doing a lot better the niacinamide and zinc helps with the sebum/texture on my nose so now my nose is smooth as a babies butt, and the hyaluronic acid has helped with hydration. I also still use rose-hip oil since you recommended years and years ago for acne scarring for hormonal pimples I get. ❤️ always love long vlogs, man I'm gonna have to try out that recipe looks yum!
Shaaanxo please look into Curology for skin care. I have used it for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. All my acne is gone, my wrinkles and fine lines practically disappeared, my skin puckering under my eyes is gone, and even my dark spots and acne scars are almost gone, zero congestion or black heads.. seriously seriously love this stuff.
