I keep my eggs in the fridge bc I don't eat them fast enough to leave them out on the counter. I think there's a timeline you can look up for how long they keep on the counter.

Girly I can relate to the fullest. I’m 8 months pregnant, still working full time, trying to take care of the house, taking care of errands, my husband, my step son, trying to get things ready for my new baby girl coming soon. It’s just a lot and so overwhelming. I feel like I’m failing most days but hey atleast I’m trying and not giving up. Same goes for you! You kick butt every day! You got this Shan!☺️💜

For everyone asking about eggs in North America our eggs are cleaned so the protective layer is removed and they must be put in the fridge. In most places eggs are not washed so they have a protective layer and they are fine to keep in the pantry for a long time!

I have recently reorganized my pantry as well.. Such a headache but needed done. Tossed out old food but did i just notice Eggs in the pantry and not in the fridge???? Huh.. So confused..

Eggs keep just fine in room temp., they're good for months usually. We've just gotten used to keeping them in the fridge, where they last even longer.
Eggs have a protective layer around them. If they only get brushed, the protective layer is still intact & they're ok to store outside. If they get washed, the protective layer is removed & it's better to store them in the fridge.
It depends on the country also. In Germany we have them both ways. In the US you usually see them in the fridge. 🤗
Eggs when laid aren't at fridge temps, sometimes it can be a few days before eggs are collected and they are just fine. It's an odd concept if you've never seen farm raised chicken/eggs lol.
We always keep our eggs in the cupboard never had a problem aha

I just had some intense dental work done yesterday and been living on Atkins keto drinks. I'm gonna try eggs tomorrow yours looked so yummy. If eggs have never been refrigerated, they don’t need to be kept there. Where I live it’s odd to put them in the fridge. Putting them in the fridge just helps them last longer.

The luxe protein has 2 scoops per serving. One serving is 30g. So you do one scoop for 1/2 a serving :) which is generally what JRF requires - it’s also what I do to make it last longer
