P.s. I forgot to mention that I mostly start my day with a cardmaking video as I awaken with dark depression and bad thoughts - the cardmaking video brings me into a place where I can refocus on beauty and light, gives me ideas for creativity that day to send to someone. Thank you again Jennifer.
Jennifer, we have never met in person but I've been following you for a few years now. I have to say how much I love who you are and the example you set for those who know you and those who follow you. Your dedication to kindness, anti-bullying, depression and anxiety awareness, and more set you apart. You do your part to change the world around you, and you are loved and adored for it. I love this stamp set and what it conveys. I, like so many other women, am living with advanced stage four metastatic breast cancer. We are fighting to live longer and spend more time with the people we love. I think that cardmaking for many of us brings a sense of purpose, but also gives us a lovely and meaningful way to reach out to others. It is a form of relaxation and therapy. Thank you so much for sharing your considerable gifts with us.
pfengwa44 : God bless you and your family. KEEP FIGHTING! YOU ARE LOVED. MUCH HEALTH, HAPPINESS, LOVE, LONGEVITY, AND PROSPERITY. My best friend is in your same stage of metastatic breast cancer. She is the strongest, bravest individual I know. Individuals such as you, and her, teach the world what we are truly made of.🙏🌹❤️
I don't have enough encouraging words to say about this video!! Your videos are always wonderful, but to talk about the mental health struggles a lot of us face is such a blessing! I love, love, love that your mission is to spread kindness & love, & that you're teaching your children to do the same! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Bless you!!!
Thank you so much for this video today. So many like me, could feel community. I suffer with anxiety and depression. Crafting really is therapeutic for me. I come from a severely dysfunctional family and I was verbally abused by my mother, my brothers and my ex husband. I was thoroughly convinced that I was so unworthy. Five years after a bitter divorce, God found the perfect man for me. He’s my Prince Charming, my best friend. He’s helped me get out of the dark and find myself...the one that IS worthy. I hope this set is very successful. And the cards, and the thought to give them out is perfect. ♥️
As someone who suffers with severe clinical depression and anxiety who has had a bad couple of days this video was something that i really needed. So thank you! Discovering card making has really helped me to get through some of my really dark days
me too me too! i wish people understood that with clinical depression and anxiety there is something different in our brain. just like my brother with type 1 diabetes can't "make it go away"... we can't either. you aren't alone! hope you get time to craft today. :)
I’m type 1 diabetic as well and I would say that depression and anxiety is just as difficult to deal with and both have a massive impact on each other and it can be so easy to feel alone
I have tried without success to explain it to my sister. She thinks I should just be able to get over it! I was looking for information to share with her and came upon a very important distinction that hasn't helped her but it did help me because I feel I can now discuss my condition in a more accurate way. I too suffer from Clinical Depression and Anxiety Disorder. I think it is important to add the word disorder. Anxiety itself is actually a normal part of life. Our brains however do not process the anxiety in the same way because we have a disorder. I don't know...I'm going to keep trying to explain and hopefully one day she will understand. Peace out!
I, THANKFULLY have NO issues with depression or anxiety but...my MAIN purpose with this “hubby” is to make other feel good in a way. Spreading handmade kindness is actually the reason that had me starting card making and what keeps me going on. Thanks for sharing all you do!! 💜
I am always encouraged by your videos....your kindness and compassion comes through loud and clear. Card-making has been very therapeutic for me. I lost a son in '16 and made all the thank-you memorial cards for his service. Sadly, my husband recently passed away as well. Again, I found myself immersed in thank-you cards. The creating (although somewhat tedious) was cathartic.....mindless cutting, stamping, embossing, over and over. For those hours I didn't have to think....just do. When the bad days come, I immerse myself in my craft room, and lose some of the darkness in the joy of creating. Thank you, Jennifer, for your videos, your encouragement, your creativity........you are appreciated more than you can imagine. Blessings to you and your family.
I know a lot of people with depression feel alone in it. I don't, since I know so many people with depression. HOWEVER I always have the feeling that the struggle and hard times will never end, when I have an episode. Even if I know better by now. I guess that is an important message to someone with depression too: It WILL get better, you WILL be happy again and in hindsight it will come faster than you thought it would.
Hi Jennifer, Thank you very very much for sharing your talk on depression and anxiety and crafting. I have dealt with severe depression and anxiety for my entire life and in the last couple of years I was introducted to putting color to paper which led me to watching card making videos (Yours and Gina's) which I found therapeutic to watch. I then worked up the supplies to start my own cardmaking and it has literally saved me hours and hours of anxiety and depression. YOU are EXACTLY right in what you say! Due to my anxiety it is very difficult for me to schedule volunteer time, but with cards I can make them and send them and this helps me in my giving of myself to others and pray that the card brings a smile to their heart. YOU are also EXACTLY right as I have loved to receive cards from my adult children and keep them have go back and look at them many times. YES, it reminds me that I am loved on extremely difficult days. Thank you very very much for this video Jennifer.
Jennifer, thank you for sharing not only this wonderful stamp set, but ideas for acts of kindness and ways we can reach out to others There are so many who are struggling through in life, whether from social, physical, emotional, or a combination of issues. I found card making and creating journals as a way to help me cope with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and overseeing the care of my two 90+ year old parents. Many, many sleepless nights (because of pain from the M.S. or worry over Mom and Dad) were spent in my craft studio making cards for people I will never meet. I give them to the nursing home facility where my parents live, to the local children's hospital, and random people who help me along my journey. Being up in my studio is sometimes the best therapy in the world. Suddenly, my focus is on something creative and my cares seem to disappear! Your work is making the world a better place for so many people. Thank you for being you.
Thank you so much for bringing attention to such a worthy cause. Our middle son suffers greatly from depression and anxiety, so much so, he cannot work and is on disability. My husband and I have cried many tears, but keep trusting in God's plan. I love and look forward to each of your videos. You are a creative inspiration and have endeared yourself even more to me with your honesty about your own struggles. I pray that God will continue to keep you in His care and Bless You!
Rebecca Bonkowski I am so sorry that your son has to live with mental illness. You are a hero to me and to him. I live with bipolar depression, and art therapy is my savior. Please, keep encouraging your son. Even if he does not want to do anything at all. Ask him to try to do 10% of it. Little by little, he will feel better on that give in day. THE WORST THING IS NOT TO TRY AND GIVE IN! My blessings to your family.
You are so right, crafting is a very peaceful time for me. I love seeing people from all over the world in video making cards also. This give me hope that there could be peace on Earth someday.
Thank you ladies. I suffer too, and with type 2 diabetes. I hate it so much. Thank you Jennifer for bringing it to the forefront. Hugs to all. You’re not alone.
These are all so cute! I love that you are teaching your daughter about "paying it forward" in the fast-food drive-through! And I love that you are open about your own struggles so others won't feel alone. You really seem like you have it all together, but it does help to know that even you have days when you feel a little less than perfect. Wishing you joy, peace, and love! Thank you!
Jennifer...you have brought tears to my eyes and a lift to my heart! I suffer from chronic pain which leads to bouts of depression and I too find card making my therapy! Sharing your story and hearing of others who use crafting as a release has made me realize that there are more of us out there than not! My daughter suffers greatly from both depression and anxiety and just doesn't have the time cause of two growing little boys to craft with me but enjoys it when she can join me. Your cards are absolutely perfect and I am in love with the dies and stamps. You are such a gift to all of us and thank you for sharing your creativity and talent with us. YOU ARE LOVED!
OMG Jennifer What a Heartfelt Share!! It was so much fun watching your creative process and seeing your visions come to life. You not only touched all of our hearts and soul with your Therapy Chat but with your Beautiful and Precious Story Shares and then last but not least your Brilliant and Ingenious ideas using these amazing stamp sets. You definitely did super Outstanding Creative jobs and your Puzzles are not only fun but a thoughtful and beautiful way to make someones day a day that they will never forget!! Thanks for all you do and the way you do it!! Your little light shines ever so brightly inside and out!! YOU so ROCK!! Joan Smith
Hi Jennifer, tfs sharing yet another wonderful tutorial - I love them all and always learn something from them. When I first joined crafting groups I was shocked at how many others use their creativity as an escape from their issues (pain, depression - the list is endless). Totally agree with you in that it's a two fold reward, the creator has a feel good factor afterwards, and the recipient knows that someone thought that much of them they went to the efforts to make something wonderful, just for them.....
Love these puzzles. And, I love the fact that you shared your personal information with us. That kindness is part of why we all love watching your videos and trying all of the projects you provide to us. Thank you, Jennifer! You set a great example for this world.
Jennifer this is wonderful. So many people have lost the battle and choose to end their lives sadly. I love your idea of giving card to the homeless. I'm going to look into doing that for my area. Thank You...
Sigh. So many of us suffer from these mood disorders. For me it helps to talk about my conditions and to know that there is at least one person out there who really understands. Hang in there everyone. If you are suffering today, I send you a huge hug. Thank you Jennifer for your beautiful heart.
I always tell everyone (jokingly) that card making and scrapbooking is cheaper than therapy, but actually, it's no joke. It always makes me feel good to create something beautiful or meaningful or special for someone. Glad to know I'm not alone.
Hi Jennifer! I agree that crafting is an amazing way for many of us to deal with depression and anxiety. I have since I was young girl. I try to show my boys the need for small acts of kindness and how far that kindness can pass from one to another. We do the same thing at McDonalds and it just makes us all light up with happiness and we love how the car behind doesn’t know us. I learned this from my Dad. I will be purchasing this stamp set. Thank you so much Jennifer for sharing your personal life with all of us! On many occasions when I see that you have posted a new video tutorial, a smile comes across my face and across my hear! Your kindness…touches me and I am so many more Sincerely Katz Baugh
You are a remarkable woman, great mother and wonderful, inspiring teacher of the art of crafting. Please NEVER forget how important your contributions are to all of us.
What a wonderful Idea Jennifer. I have a friend who recently lost her grandson to suicide and it is heart wrenching. Thanks for sharing with us, I love your videos.
Crafting has worked for me for years as therapy. The anxiety and depression from chronic pain doesn't stand a chance when I get inky fingers. Thank you, and I can't wait to make the puzzle card. Blessings.
Thanks for your words. I was just told tonight by someone I don't see often (but send cards to) how she collects the cards I have sent her and has them displayed as a "pick me up." It was a double "pick me up" to hear her say it to me! I am inspired by this video to expand my "card outreach."
What a wonderful idea Jennifer. When you are feeling low it’s the feeling that you are alone that makes it worse. I think we could all use your example and do more sharing as it would not only lift someone’s mood but also our own. Thank you for sharing xx
Love the idea of including a card with things for homeless people. We often do food, water and treats; and in the winter sweatshirts, jackets, socks and beanies. I will be sure to include cards next time we go out. Thanks for always sharing with us.
A wonderful cause and tutorial Jennifer. Sharing your own story is very loving of you and your correct it helps people to know they are not alone in their feelings. You are also a roll model in giving ideas of how to get involved in a positive way. I know you have given me an outlet and ideas for ways I can share my hobby with others. I really appreciate it when you share causes and associations that would like receiving cards to send to others. Do you by chance have a master list of all of the different associations you have mentioned that are still asking for donations of our cards. Thank you for all the ways you help others.
Thank you for posting this video and being open about your struggles. I’ve just recently sot help for my depression and hardships . Your openness and my husbands support gave me the strength to finally do it. Thank you so much to you, Laura Bassen’s, and Lawn Fawn’s videos all of you have helped me smile and feel better. 😘😘😘 My only gripe is my wallet hurts from all of the cute stuff I want to get after watching the videos!
Oh! You are so right! But, I focus on the joy that I get from all the cute stuff, and not on the money they cost! However, I wonder how i am ever to keep up with all of Jennifer´s toys. Ha Ha...🙀
Oh Jennifer, you make my heart happy with all the kindness you share! Nobody would ever guess that you had any problems at all as you're always so upbeat and seemingly joyful during your videos. I guess you're even better at hiding your emotions than a lot of us!! Thank you for all you do. Please know that all your followers love you in our own way and you're included in our prayers! God Bless You and your family!!!!
Yes, crafting whether it is making cards, sewing or any creative is therapeutic for me. I have anxiety and depression, also. The days that are the worst, I force myself out of bed and go into my craft room. Watching your videos, as well as several other crafters inspires me. Thank you for being so open about your struggles. I will be ordering the stamp set. ❤️❤️❤️
So glad you find craft so therapeutic. I too use my craft to cope, I have spinal problems and find crafting helps with physical pain as well as psychological pain. Keep up the good work!
You are such an inspiration! I have watched ALL your videos and have learned so much from you. Please keep up the good work. You are very important to me, a Senior card maker.
You are such a kind & generous person. My dad passed away on New Year's Eve. He would have been 95 this year which is a ripe old age. He'd been extremely strong & fit all his life until the last 2 years. It hit him hard, he was seriously depressed & anxious during that time. I did what I could for him which wasn't much more than spending time with him. And crafting was certainly my way of "coping" although it was a stop gap measure. I cried through much of this video because it struck home & that's not a bad thing. Thank you for what you do on so many ways.
Thank you for sharing your depression and anxiety with all of us.....also thank you for sharing your talent too. Many of us hide our depression and anxiety... Your puzzle cards turned out fantastic...
I live a pretty lonely life after some struggles. Your videos and crafting are great sources of joy to me and others I am sure. Thank you for your kind heart.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity to those in need. My crafting is my therapy also. Life changing surgical injury. Battle depression. The struggle is real! ❤️💔😘
Thank you for your inspiration and chat about crafty therapy. As you mentioned, when I am really low, crafting always lift my spirit, and before I could also feel alone, despite having my family and loved ones around me. However, since I found crafting friends it opened my world to another dimension. I thank God every day now for having so many that cares about me and that I care about also. Know that you are one of them, Jennifer!
Love your cards and everything they stand for. It's amazing how many people suffer from depression including myself. I live alone, my 25 yr. old son moved out a couple months ago and the loneliness sometimes is unbearable. I love all kinds of crafts, card making the most. However, I suffer from chronic back pain so sitting for long periods of time in my craft room is a struggle. So when I have to take a break, laying down with my iPad and watching TH-cam craft videos is life saving for me. So thank you TH-camrs for all your time and hard work making these great videos.
This was a great project and perfect lesson for me right now. I'm struggling with what to do for a far-away friend who is going through a very scary cancer. This is perfect! She will get the biggest kick out of doing the puzzle. Jennifer, you are such a thoughtful person...so inspirational. You should feel very proud of yourself for not only sharing your talent but for helping us all to be a little better in our own lives. And the lessons you teach your children just blow me away. I wish you had been around 30 years ago when I was raising my own kids but I'll be using some of your ideas with my two little, twin granddaughters. Kudos to you and thank you!!!!
Thank you so much for this beautiful video, and such an important message! I live with bipolar depression. Crafting is my artistic therapy. And even when i am too depressed to craft, I watch one or two of your videos for inspiration. They immediately get my brain and creativity flowing, and my depressive state is automatically uplifted. Jennifer, I consider you as important as medicine! Your kindness, talents, and devotions truly change my life daily. God bless you and your family every day! And please know that so many are blessed by you🙏🌹💕
Thank you Jennifer. It's obvious from the comments that there are many people that suffer from various degrees of depression and anxiety, and your uplifting message and proactive example helps so much. Definitely card making has been the creative outlet I needed when I was extremely stressed after a long day at work, so I support and applaud your work. I am also inspired by your idea of random cards to strangers. Beautiful ideas!
This video was the first thing that popped up in my feed when I opened it tonight. Even though it’s 4 years old I started watching it. (any excuse to watch Jennifer😊). I know now it’s no accident that this was number one in my feed. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression but lately it’s gotten a lot worse. I think making some cards for others who I know have even bigger struggles than me would really help me. And it’s so nice to know I’m not alone. I doubt anyone will see this due to the age of the video but I just wanted to share how thankful I am for this video in particular and especially for Jennifer and all she does for me personally as well as so many others. I love your heart for others Jennifer and I’m so thankful to be part of this amazing community. 🩷
I hope someone sends you a card like this because you truly make this world more beautiful❣️ These cards are so special and for such a great cause. Thanks so much for sharing.
This is by far one of my favorite videos you have created! I absolutely love these puzzle cards! All the extra steps you took to create beautiful backgrounds and messages resonates love to the recipient! I also have depression and anxiety. While I am much better than I used to be I remember the daily struggle, the pure exhaustion of a full blown panic attack for hours. Crafting keeps my sanity in check! Thank you for sharing your struggles and using this platform to bring awareness to this epidemic. But most of all thank you for being an example and showing love in creative ways! God bless you Jennifer!
Wonderful video and great cause! Clearly you have made an impact.... stamp set on reserve until October 5th! I think making the smaller heart puzzles cards to give to tweens and teenagers would be awesome..... look around so many of them are struggling!!! Thanks for sharing and caring!!!!
Thank you fir showing how to make these without a die cut. I also appreciate you sharing your challenges with depression and anxiety. Its nice to know I'm not alone.
Jennifer you are such a wonderful person and such an inspiration. Showing people they are not alone is so important. There is help out there never get to the point where there is nobody to turn to. The crafty community is such an amazing supportive place and I think a lot of us crafters suffer with our individual struggles. Supporting each other is the best thing we can do. We are here to support you Jennifer like you are here to support us 💕
God is so amazing... I too suffer from depression and anxiety... and I lost my son 2 weeks ago on the 5th... and I am in the lowest place I think I've ever been. And this morning the Lord led me to this video... your an amazing, sweet woman, Jennifer... and your calling is so so encouraging to so many, including me. THANK YOU for sharing your amazing gift of craft, kindness and compassion for people who are struggling. I am so encouraged to do something for someone in the midst of my grief... this is when God can use us most, right? And Lauren Daigle's new album is incredible!! 🦋
Wow. Thanks for the design. Duh why didn’t I think of using the measures along the side. You always make things so easy by using something we have. Thanks for supporting these places and giving cards to people who need them. You are wonderful.
Great cards for a great cause! I too suffer from (social) anxiety, which sets off my IBS, which in turn keeps me home even more. My crafting (and bloggers like you) give me confidence, inner peace and relaxation which in turn helps me to function more normally. I appreciate ALL that you share and do to spread the love & kindness throughout this community. ♥
You are such a lovely person. I’m so happy that I found you on you tube. You always make my day easier. I have a disabled daughter and I get down frequently and your kindness heals my heart. Thank you so much Jennifer ♥️
You are, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of "knowing." Thank you for sharing your kindness with all of us, and thank you for helping us to remember that we all have struggles and we're not alone. Most of all, thank you for all you do for us and for others. It reminds us that there are good people in this world and when things go awry, we only need to reach out.
Love the puzzle pieces. As a school counselor who dealt with children in depression I appreciate this set. The puzzle pieces will work great for Autism awareness also.
Thanks Jennifer for being such a caring person. You help a lot of people with your videos, in more ways than just new techniques. When ever I am down seeing one of your videos puts a smile on my face. These are beautiful puzzles to show people that they matter.
You are such an amazing inspiration not just as a crafter & teacher but as a human being. We are blessed to have you share your kindness and gentle heart with the world.
Jennifer thank you for sharing your beautiful work with fellow crafters and sending words of kindness to those who are struggling with mental illness. I also have anxiety and depression so just knowing that I'm not alone helps so much. Sending peace and love to all.
This video touched my heart...i'm struggling with depression and borderline since years! I found out that doing crafty things helped me through out the day... Jennifer, thank you so much for sharing your videos and knowledge to us❤...God bless you and your Family!
Thank you so much Jennifer, I so appreciate how open you are about mental illness, two of my girls suffer from severe anxiety, and one of them from depression, it’s such a taboo topic, like you have to be embarrassed to even talk about it, I don’t understand why, why should people have to feel alone in a community that lots of people are in, so many people suffer alone because it’s such a taboo thing to discuss, I love that you are open, if you help just one person struggle a little less because you spoke about your own struggles, it’s all worth it in the end. Thanks again, you are an inspiration for so many things, but this is number one in my book.
Thank you for making the world a better place, these are beautiful cards. I was thrilled to receive a puzzle card when I was in the hospital especially since I love doing puzzles. I am so glad that pink and main makes a puzzle die.
Thank you for the card ideas, for sharing your story and for being the caring, thoughtful person that you are. It makes me want to find a way to spread more kindness thru my card making. It is making me realize that there are more people that struggle with some type of depression or anxiety than I realized. Mine started when my husband died unexpectedly 9 years ago. It is not nearly as bad as it was then, but it still grabs a hold of me sometimes. I am thankful that I have God to help me when it does.
Hello Jennifer, thank you for making this video, as someone who has dealt with depression all of my life I appreciate you bringing attention to this matter, you are loved and appreciated, have a very blessed day! 😊💟
Gorgeous puzzle cards and those dies are just phenomenal! :) A big thank you for the crafty therapy chat! There are a lot of us that struggle with lots of things (in my case its the same as you, depression, anxiety...) and there are a lot of us that have this hobby as a therapy thing! :) Thank you for always being such an awesome person!
I stumbled across that stamp set and was so glad to find it. I had been looking for simple but powerful sentiments to use for encouraging notes. I love your use of the puzzle with it. There is something about crafting and creating in general that allows us to focus on something positive and fun for just a few moments. Thank you too for being open about your own struggles. Anxiety and depression are very lonely things to deal with. I love Lauren's song...and her voice.
Wow! What a great McDonald's R.A.K. idea!! I just love that you he remind me that we share many of the same hurdles and how to use crafting for peace of mind & to share KINDNESS!!! I Thank God for you. You always help put the important things in perspective! You ROCK Jennifer!💎🎉☄😘💜💜💜
Thanks so much for sharing this with us all. I am a crafter as well as a primary school teacher. I have a calming corner for my students and I think this would perfect as something they would love to interact with when they need to regulate their emotions. I intend to stamp sentiments that have words of encouragement on them. Thanks for sharing your idea with us and opening up this forum for people to share their stories as well.
Love these cards! And the sentiment behind it. And yes, this is therapy for me as well. I will definitely be purchasing these stamps & appreciate that the proceeds from the one stamp set goes to the suicide prevention foundation. Thank you for sharing your talents with us & for inspiring us far beyond crafting. ❤️
What a beautiful heartfelt video. There have been times in my life when I went through a state of depression, but at that time I was not stamping, sadly. I know this is an issue for many and many struggle just to stay on top of it. The Puzzle cards are perfect for "Paying It Forward", so to speak. Loved each card you made today, Jennifer. God bless you and your family. You are loved by so many in the stamping world and given so much to so many of us, myself included. Take care my artist friend!
thank you, Jennifer, I watch your videos every day they help me craft on the days when I just do not want to get up and do anything, you are a beautiful soul x
❤️ Thank you! I also make cards to ease my depression and anxiety. Not to long ago I had a terrible panic attack and couldn’t craft till the next day. I just remember how much I wanted to go to my crafting area and get lost in my work for a bit. I unfortunately needed medication that day and it made me so sleepy I had to sleep it off. I made up for it the next day though. Love your work you have taught me so such! You are a very generous and kind soul.
This is wonderful! Creativity is wonderful therapy..I have had depression and anxiety for many years and art helps so much..also my therapist is wonderful! We can help each other and lift each other up...you are so right...it's all going to be OK! Thank you for all you do!
Oh how I appreciate your candidness Jennifer! I walk that path also. Thank you for taking the time to share your amazing creativity and your thoughts! You're amazing!
Oh wow. You are so strong and brave to share this! So happy to hear that people feel better from watching your videos and that you also feel better when crafting. :) Love is all around!
P.s. I forgot to mention that I mostly start my day with a cardmaking video as I awaken with dark depression and bad thoughts - the cardmaking video brings me into a place where I can refocus on beauty and light, gives me ideas for creativity that day to send to someone. Thank you again Jennifer.
I'm glad this helps you feel better! :)
Individuals such as you, and her, teach the world what we are truly made of.🙏🌹❤️
Keep up the good fight, pfengwa44!
I always love hearing stories like that that show how much cards can really make a difference! :)
Thank you as I and my daughter both suffer from depression and anxiety. So glad they're doing this. More awareness needs to happen❤ XOXO
Ps 115:15. “May you be blessed by the Lord, maker of heaven and earth.”
Thank you, Jennifer for your beautiful heart.
You are so right, crafting is a very peaceful time for me. I love seeing people from all over the world in video making cards also. This give me hope that there could be peace on Earth someday.
Crafting is def one way I cope with my severe depression, I would be lost without it and the crafty community in general. Thank you for sharing!

Wow - Jennifer - those cards are awesome and thanks so much for sharing your personal story. You are one amazing person!
Thanks for all you do to make this world a better place!
Making cards is absolutely therapy for me too. Making something beautiful, and knowing it will make someone else happy, is something that is healing.
Crafting IS theraputic! I think we all feel a bit of escapism when engrossed in crafting. TFS. My favorite is the heart puzzle. Great for Valentines!
Sally Stapleton I agree, such good advice in this video x
Thank you for your videos. I just recently discovered them. Please always remember that you matter to many--so many.
Ha Ha...🙀
I'll second that, Tina! (about the wallet hurting)
Thank you for sharing this! With my husband being a veteran & my own anxiety problems, this is something we are passionate about. We appreciate you!
Thank you so much, Jennifer. It was a better day because of you!!
You never cease to amaze. Thanks for all! Inspiration, and hope and your caring heart!
I hope someone sends you a card like this because you truly make this world more beautiful❣️
These cards are so special and for such a great cause.
You are a wonderful person, Jennifer. Thank you for sharing your talents with me.
A heart that gives will receive. Thank you Jennifer for being such a giving person. Our world needs more like you!!
Beautiful idea to keep on hand when you see someone who is down. Wonderful idea. Thank you for sharing your own story.
Jennifer...you are one special lady...thank you for bringing sunshine into peoples lives in all that you do...many blessings...
Your heart is full of love and care. May God bless you always. 💓❤💚💜💙💛
Thank you so much for being so open and for sharing your personal struggle with us.
Thank you, Jennifer. You're an angel and God bless.
You did a great job on your cards and speech. We all know folks you needs encouragement. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful week.
Lauren Dagel is one of my new favorite artists! Her songs are inspirational! Thanks for all you do to make this a better world. Blessings.
Social worker here, love this idea.
Thank you so much for the reminder that it is the little things we do that can help someone else!
This is wonderful! Creativity is wonderful therapy..I have had depression and anxiety for many years and art helps so much..also my therapist is wonderful! We can help each other and lift each other up...you are so right...it's all going to be OK! Thank you for all you do!
Thank you for sharing your experiences. Knowing you are not alone, does help. Crafting helps me immensely and I find is a form of mindfulness.
Thank you Jennifer for all you do to encourage others. You are a bright shining star. Hugs and blessings.
:) Love is all around!
yet again beautiful cards and thank you for your honest and heartfelt "chat"
Thank you for all you do! Spreading the word and encouraging others to open up is such a wonderful thing.
