If you want to beat it maybe get a couple teammates but, in General you want 1-2 people watching windows, one person doing the fireplace and someone ready to save the baby if she gets in. Just so you know, when the mum gets in after she leaves she tends to immediately go to a window or at least that is what I have experienced make sure you close the front door after she leaves aswell or she will come back in.
