I can not believe how amazing you look after 2 kids! Just with my daughter I had 2 years ago I still have a hard time losing the weight I gained from my pregnancy I'd love to see a video of you talking about your work out routine and mommy routine! How are you guys doing? @LizzyMaslow_ here. I just wanna say that its awesome that you took the trip without the kids because it's refreshing that every once in a while you have trips alone with each other to regroup, learn more about each other among other things. Anyways, you guys did an exciting thing doing the trip but I did something really cool too: I succeed in my mental health treatment! Not fully of course but within the months since I saw my therapist first time to now is just SO INCREDIBLE & it's partly thanks to you guys! Your support, love and just giving us your familía love back is so inspiring that it helped me get back on track and not go down my depressive and anxious state anymore lower than it had to be. Thank you thank you thank you! Final thought: Can you write me a prayer? My mom had wisdom tooth surgery this morning & she's in a lot of pain. Her name is Rebecca. Love you guys! For anyone wanting to travel to the rocky mountains, it does get cold. Be prepared to layer up. Just because Coloradans and people in Utah don't wear as many layers, it does not mean it's not cold. We are just used to it
