    Great presentation. Thanks. Should we aim to have these contact marks on direct restorations e.g. amalgam, composite and GIC? Or should these materials always be out of occlusion?

      Occlusal contact for natural teeth are independent of material used... So I would urge you to try and achieve these contacts everytime...

    Sir in a normal perfect occlusion, do the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth contact each other? Isn't there a space between them?

    • @DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai
      @DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai  ปีที่แล้ว

      Occlusion is the act of teeth meeting. So freeway space is when the mandible it at rest. at that point occlusion does not exist.

      With due respect sir....what we were taught till now was when in Maximum intercuspation lower anteriors are supposed to be at a gap of 0.5 mm from maxillary anteriors...else it will called traumatic bite... please put some light on it
