So thank you for that. Something about the shorter stories as opposed to a full length audiobook is really helpful. I found your channel more recently than when this was posted, but it seems like a good place to share a moment of appreciation. I listen to you for the decompressing escape-into-not my-life at the end of the day (and eventually drifting off), but also often have your narrations running during the day, whether I’m actively listening or not. Sometimes yes I’m there for the story, lol, but also for the virtual “company.” Even two years into the Covid era, my interactions with people in general are still significantly less than pre-Covid. I’ve been listening long enough that the sound of your voice is a familiar and welcome friend, and - well, l’m struggling to describe it well WITHOUT sounding like a boundary-oblivious creeper so I’ll skip to the conclusion where, your narrations help me feel less alone and less disconnected, and have a significant positive effect on my sense of well-being. I also find the tone of your voice, your intonation, and your pacing very calming, and helpful for keeping grounded when I’m stressed.
Also, I very much enjoy the occasional appearance your nail polish makes! 👏👏👏 (Nail arts are what brought me to regular YT use in the first place)
In short, I’m SO thankful for and fond of your channel, I appreciate your hard work, and wish you continued success going forward. 🙏 :)
