I enjoy your videos very much but I just purchased an electric Breville Hot Wok and you don't address electric woks; but I think a lot of people are buying these appliances because of the small footprint and good reviews. Do you think you would consider us non-conventional electric wok users and give us some tips. Thank you
Thank you so much for your nice tutorial. I am a beginner with wok so that does help me learn.
I've ordered the stainless steel wok you recommend so I'm hoping it'll work good for me! I have bad luck with sticky foods.
That is a good looking egg you cooked there. It just needs some toast & a few strips of bacon for a tasty sandwich!!
Is it ok to use an iron wok spatula on a stainless steel wok?
Is it ok to add additional oil after you spot season the pan?

A typical Chinese restaurant food, oil fried broccoli is tough like rubber. Broccoli should be steamed or boiled before adding to meat.
Is it should be placing soy sauce and oyster sauce in the refrigerator..? And honan sauce..?
I do keep mine in the refrigerator once they're opened.
