Hello LaDawn! Thank you for making this! I'm in the process of trying to get a full pardon. I'm having major issues with the Pardon Board because they keep on saying I missed page 12 when I initially submitted it in April 2019 and then a couple of weeks ago here in August 2019 they say I missed page 2. Both of these claims are false and it makes that even more obvious after they say I missed page 2 months later.
The lady I have spoken with was super rude with me today after I tried to get clarity on this and she kept overtaking me by literally telling me the same thing about 10 times over the few times we've spoken on the phone. After she kept on and kept on over-talking me and trying to dominate me in the conversation I finally had enough of her rudeness and spoke up to say, "lady can you just let me talk and finish what I'm saying!" with a more elevated voice. Before I did this we had went back and forth about how she was overtaking me. She ended up hanging up on me so I'm obviously frustrated here.
So, do you know of a way for me to confirm that my application has been submitted because I do not trust this lady after all of these issues? All I'm trying to do here is simply submit what was required as I've already done and then move on with this process to hopefully get my full pardon. Thank you in advance for your guidance! I have been trying to get a pardon for some time now. I applied for one some years ago and was denied. I am totally not into the street life anymore. No violent crimes on my record. I now own two 18 wheelers and I mentor young men thru my Masonic lodge and do countless charity events down in Gainesville FL. I am now in the process of starting an NPO called momma's other kids. I need assistance really really bad. I made ignorant mistakes in the past tht I truly regret

If I have a pardon will I be allowed to work in a jail setting? I want to open a program inside the jail. I have it approved and funded but I cant work in the jail because I have a felony drug charge. The program is to help addicts so they can change like I did. I want to run it. I will not be paid because its just a trial run but one day I think will turn into something wonderful. I worked hard to get it where it is I really want to be the one to take it all the way but if I cant that is fine too. I made mistakes I can not change but I personally learned from them and I want to help others change too.
It probably depends on the jail you want to go into. Speak with the jail warden or sheriff running the facility.
What if you only have 1 of the 3 letters of recommendation you need people to write for you. What if you can't find anyone willing to help.
You should then get out there and do some good for others where you can. Look at local churches, non profits and volunteer or help family and friends until they are willing to help. You need three.
I received a Pardon in Georgia this month but they denied

Georgia said i am rehabilitated. They stated i can appeal
in 2 years but I want my rights back completely. I've

Sadly for me, I'm looking for gun rights restoration so I don't think this would be the right route. Seems I may be out of options since the ATFs rights restoration program, though still technically exists has been 100% defunded and no longer processes any cases. :/
