Jennifer Foreman keep recruiting! “Recruit the many to find the few” > not everyone will want to WORK like you do & that is perfectly okay. It’s important to let each business owner flourish in the way that they want to. But, if you model the behaviors you want to see in your team & keep recruiting, you will find those who want to work!

I have wanted to sell scentsy for years. Every one on my Facebook though that sells I cant imagine signing up under them because I just dont see a lot from them. Does every consultant do training and have fb groups for their team? If I'm going to do this I want it all. The people that I know dont seem to have a lot time which I cant blame them but I would hate to be waiting hours and hours on questions or when needing help.

There are many different Consultant FB groups. There’s tons of trainings and teams. There’s a lot of information and support in this company. I just came back on Scentsy on March 4th can compared to when I was a Consultant in the past I feel way more supported and confident

Yes, I have a team FB page & community where we have training, inspiration and information on everything you need to run your business! You also have access to TONS of free, corporate training from Scentsy, a Consultant Guide, on-line business & marketing resources, Consultant Support... if anyone feels like they don’t have support in Scentsy, it’s because they’re choosing to feel that way and/or expecting someone else to do the work for them... because there is SO much out there!

Hey Ashley! Always remember the relationships you have in the past may not be the right ones to grow your business. Relationship is the first half of the puzzle and the product adding value to that person’s life is the second half. As you grow your business you should stretch yourself and meet new people. If the products you offer are a great fit for them than that is icing on the cake! 😊
