Is there a way to bypass the vocal remover and only use the AI sincronization??

If you have a vocal-only track, then yes. You need to load soundtracks (including vocal-only) and the lyrics in the main program window, and then run AI Synchronize -> Entire song.
Without vocal-only track it is not possible.
