LeAnne Eggenberger thanks so much :) stairs are definitely my favorite form of cardio! But I also run stadiums, do hiit on the treadmill, or do hiit body weight workouts. I also do the occasional spin class and I love hot yoga!!

I’m very lazy when it comes to making coffee so I just buy the Starbucks pre-made blonde roast iced coffee and you can pretty much find that at any grocery store (I get it at Whole Foods or Publix) and then I prefer oat milk with it and I get mine at Whole Foods or Publix and then I use liquid stevia to sweeten it and mine is from Trader Joe’s but you can pretty much get that anywhere too :)
OMG I also thought driving with the lights on in the car at night was illegal for the longest time but I think I decided I made that up in my head because my parents would just act like it was THAT serious, but I'm not sure if they ever actually said it was illegal LOL
